  • In This Video I go over step by step how to build your own indoor mini RC Crawler Course for SCX24 and TRX4M Crawlers. I list all materials used and spent about $300 total. This course is different than all the rest because it gives off a pool table style vibe and looks like a nice show piece diorama in your home.

Hi Ricky. I’m 53 years of age, and brand new to the world of RC, crawlers etc. I have to say, what you have accomplished is absolutely stunning. I will be using some of your ideas in my build. Thanks for the channel.

Ricky!! I love this video thank you for the work you put into the course and the detail you put into the video! PLEASE PLEASE do not crosscut boards on a table saw using the fence like that at 10 minutes into the video!! That is a great recipe for kickback. I have been woodworking for a few years and that is the number one safety rule for a table saw. use your miter gauge and do not have the fence touching your piece as you run it through the blade like that. Woodworking for mere mortals Steve Ramsey has some good youtube videos on saftey. I want to see more videos like that with a Ricky that has all of his fingers

PRO TIP NEVER SCREW DOWN THE GRAIN LIKE YOU DID ON THE BLOCKS FOR YOUR BRIDGE SUPPORTS> THOS BLOCKS WILL SPLIT WITH TIME AND THOSE SUPPORTS WILL FALL DOWN.

@@RickyFlakes yea as a framer you learn fast when cuttin lumber into small blocks never screw into the grains it will split it ike a log. go the other way into the grain fron the side of it. think of it like screwing into a phone book of you screw the pages together you are good if you try to screw it into the side splitting the pages it will fail

Thanks for the comment! It took me about 1 month to build on and off. Collecting and cutting materials etc.
      Very worth it though!
