Machine details:
Justins machine is a 2019 Can-am X3 XRS. It is 72" wide and 172 horsepower. Suspension is setup to the fox tune with some additional ride height added. It is running 32x14x10 sticky Maxxis Roxxzilla tires on 14x7 Alba Crusher Beadlock Wheels with a 5+2 Offset. It has a Evo Powersports Shocker cat delete exhaust, Gear grabber shifter, Front limit straps from sandcraft. Warn Axon 55s with super atv front winch bumper. Super atv high clearance trailing arms, L&W Fab rear High clearance billet radius rods, CT Raceworx front end gusset kit, tie rods w bump steer delete and high clearance lower A arms. It has SuperATV Trailing arms, still running stock axles with the factory smart lok front diff, also running a Razor Sharp Customs Cage.
Billys machine is a 2020 Polaris RZR Turbo S Dynamix. It has a Trinity racing exhaust and tune, L&W Seat Lowering Bases, BS Sand Seats, Gear Grabber Gated Shifter, Trail Armor Full Skid Plates, Full Orb Suspension with 2" stretch, 32" Maxxis Roxxzilla tires mounted on KMC 15x6 wheels with a 5+1 offset, and Super ATV X300 300M Axles all the way around, KB3 Driveshaft, 33% Gear reduction in low, Skinny Pedal Fab Bed Delete with Razor Sharp Customs Cage
Joshs rig is a 2021 Polaris RZR Turbo S Velocity. It has L&W Fab Seat lowering bases, stock seats customized for a lower seating postion, gutted stock exhaust, skid plates, 32" Coyote tires on aftermarket beadlock wheels, Trinity Blow Off Valve, Full doors and i think thats it for now!

For someone who’s been on that hill on mason jar, video does not come close to giving it justice!!!! Amazing job getting up around that stump without rolling. I had my X3 with 370’s in 35’s almost rolled over right there. Those next ledges up are fun as well. Awesome video guys!!!!

I really want to add a gear reduction to my talon,the torque locker makes a big difference but it needs the gearing.
Gnarly video for half of a trail! I was really hoping to see more of that talon and then he broke immediately. Hopefully you guys will have better luck with yours!....just guessing 🤷🏻♂️

It’s obvious you guys aren’t fans of the KRX. I have yet to see you find someone who knows how to drive as they would be able to crawl a lot of the stuff that you’re having to bounce up, the KRX is an awesome machine and the weight keeps it planted when others are spinning out and breaking stuff.

Looked like the turbo s was a better machine on that obstacle.
I own a new x3 and the turbo s seemed like a better setup for that obstacle.

I'm running 30's now with stock everything except Stage 1 Superatv tune (told it is really AA tune) and S&B air filter....... Great Video !!!!!! 🙂

IYO best stock spline front axle for HALO on a X3? Just went through 2 stockers on big step ups, are they still the best option without breaking something up the line in the drivetrain? Also does anyone know where i can get a 18tooth locker gear with splined axle ID for the HALO front diff?
My 18T locking gear has a slight twist, and HALO doesn't seem to want to sell that part separately, only option is to replace entire diff through them?...Does that sound correct? HALO wont sell internal components to the HALO front diff locker for X3?
Anyone ever replace that 18T locker gear and could advise?

Honestly I believe your talking about the halo locker in a stock diff, correct? Not the halo 30? If so I have no experience with that setup and can’t help much! I hear they are hard on axles though

in the talon is the locker the only thing that has been done to the front differential

@@_606Offroad thank you. I just installed a IGR in my talon and I'm gonna run 32's and 35's. I haven't found any aftermarket differentials or parts to build the stock one other than the locker just incase it fails.
Super kool i give you a full AAA triple A rating on the fact that you call you sxs rigs and not cars or bikes we call are rigs or buggys just my thoughts

Love your guys videos. Traitor was a big reason i just traded for a x3 from a rzr. This one was super rowdy! I am planning a trip to moab this fall. Would like a stop in between NC and there to ride for a day or 2. Possibly Missouri or Oklahoma. Where would u guys recommend??

@@timhouser8186 it’s crazy the amount of traction there is in Moab I went to Kane creek after it rained all night and you couldn’t even tell by noon if it weren’t for the creek depth. All rocks and ledges were dry. Way different than any east coast places I’ve gone and the views are amazing

What happened to just slowly crawling up it, too much power equals little traction

May of been asked but why doesn't the KRX have 35s?? They were made for that size tire. Or throw some 37" Mickey thompson Baja Pros on it. It would be unstoppable. DO IT!!!!!!!
He ran 35s broke multiple diffs, and had worn out tie rods, ball joints ect. Wanted a more reliable setup

Poor Talon. The i4wd works great, if you're a good driver. And it keeps stuff from like that, happening
I’ve seen a lot of hate on this type of riding with the i4wd stuff.
@@BlownBudgetOffroad I ride with a ton, mostly windrock, royal blue, tacket creek etc, no issues really, easy to steer, and saves a ton of axles and diffs. If you're giving it the beans all 4 wheels are spinning. 🤷♂️
You’re not going up mason jar with i4wd, I promise lol.
yes i4wd works good sometimes but it uses the brakes to make it work. 3 things that hurt brake performance are water, heat and mud. water dries quickly unless your adding more water to it. If you're in a really hard digging pull for long I feel like the brakes get hot. And sticky mud, forget about having both front tires pull when one gets light. I have a talon too and a Honda pioneer locking diff would be the best of both worlds.
