Machine details:
Justins machine is a 2019 Can-am X3 XRS. It is 72" wide and 172 horsepower. Suspension is setup to the fox tune. It is running 32x14x10 sticky Maxxis Roxxzilla tires on 14x7 Alba Crusher Beadlock Wheels with a 5+2 Offset. It has a Evo Powersports Shocker cat delete exhaust. Front limit straps from sandcraft. Warn Axon 55s with super atv front winch bumper. Super atv high clearance trailing arms, L&W Fab rear High clearance billet radius rods, CT Raceworx front end gusset kit, tie rods w bump steer delete and high clearance lower A arms. Still running stock axles with the factory smart lok front diff.
Billys machine is a 2020 Polaris RZR Turbo S Dynamix. It has a Trinity racing exhaust and tune, L&W Seat Lowering Bases, Gated Shifter, Trail Armor Full Skid Plates, 32" Super ATV Warrior Sticky tires mounted on KMC 15x6 wheels with a 5+1 offset, and Super ATV X300 300M Axles all the way around.
Joshs rig is a 2017 yxz1000r with krash offroad cage, rear bumper, sliders, 70/30 gear reduction, gutted stock exhaust and heavy flywheel. Has the Yamaha oem front winch bumper, on stock 27" maxxis bighorns with stock non beadlock wheels.

Got a chance to meet all the Blown Budget guys in Black Mountain a couple weekends ago, gotta say they are super friendly, humble and to say the least a little bit Rowdy. My wife and I had a blast watching all three of them send it at the famous waterfall. Super stoked to have met these guys and call them friends. Keep the videos coming guys!

Not shocking that he went for it at all, just shocking that it came out the other end without any significant scars/damage.
What that man could do with deeper gear reduction/crawlbox setup in a YXZ would be (more) legendary.
I just hope the YXZ aftermarket support manages to catch up with Josh someday!

Have you guys ever tried removing the sway bar endlinks on one of the rzrs? I always notice how much more the can-am articulates. Polaris seems to use a stiff ass sway bar that would be good for the dunes but not so good for rocks, ruts and trails. I wonder if it would help it crawl better.

@@BlownBudgetOffroad Thanks for the quick reply. I have a 2021 Turbo S on order and may pull them pretty quickly. I’m not rock crawling anywhere near as extreme as you guys but I ride the East Coast in PA and it’s a lot of different terrain with rocky sections followed by high speed jeep trails followed by rutted washouts so it’s a mix of a lot of things. His rig still looks fairly stiff so I am thinking I will at least be pulling the front to get some better flex in the rocky sections.

Billie get with Todd at hunterworks he might have a fix for belt grip. Been using their products for a few years and been impressed. They know Polaris clutches!
I have an XP4 1000 that was geared way to high. Hunterworks hooked me up with one of there thicker belts and primary washer. He also turned me onto a guy named Carl Donica who offers gear sets without changing all 3. I ended up putting 36% low gear reduction and left Hi and reverse alone and it is night and day difference! It is a must do.

What do you have done to the steering? It must be terrible adding that much leverage way out there to the x3 steering which isn’t that great to begin with
@@BlownBudgetOffroad as long as im not in diff lock it actually isn't too bad. Now in doff lock you mainly just have to point and shoot. I'm on 35" warrior tires and with the 30% low range will crawl just about anything.

Yes a few companys. The 2019+ have factory reduction and also gay paddle shifters. I heard a company is building a hi/lo range transmission for them. Not sure if itll ever be released or what
