  • Learn how to make this delightful Santa treat bag. It is made completely in the hoop with a zip closer.
I show how to set a zipper and how to use longer piled fabrics safely in your machine without the foot tangling or getting caught up in the pile.
Kids will love this Santa treat bag filled with goodies for the festive celebrations.

    MY SUPPLIES
My fabrics and batting (I use Vilene High Loft Volume Fleece 295) are from the Remnant House in the UK:
    www.remnanthou...
I can’t live without my sharp stabby tool as I call it, is a clay sculpting tool. I bought it in my local craft shop. Amazon do sell them as part of a clay sculpting set but not individually.
All my other supplies are from Amazon including my large squizzors. They are actually aquarium precision pinch action scissors.
I use H2O gone FSL water soluble stabilizer or Brothread cut away stabilizer for my stitch outs.
    Happy stitching!

Wish the zippered on the back. I'm still giving it ago. Thank you for the design and the video.

It wouldn't be possible to add the zip to the back in an in the hoop design as the zip would catch in the embroidery arm slot. It has to be done on the front but use a hidden zip and if you watch my tissue holder video I show how to do a hidden zip in the hoop even though it wasn't designed as such.

, Thank you for another extremely helpful video - Can I ask why you used water soluble stabiliser in the hoop?

Sure I probably didnt have any cut away at the time I did the video. It really doesn't matter as long as it is stabilized properly.
