- We are called to a different standard. We are truly not of this world and it explains why you might feel like you don't fit in sometimes. In this episode I speak on a chapter of the Bible very close to my heart, Proverbs 31. It is the road map for the woman of God I have been working to become my whole life. Guys, Proverbs 31 paints a picture of who you should search for.
Proverbs 31 is motivating, empowering, and rich in truth. The world will tell you to do whatever you want, and that it's ok to do what everyone's doing. The world makes sin look pretty appealing, but Proverbs 31 tells a different story, and sets an incredible standard for us.

Enjoyed listening to your study on Proverbs 31. I agree 100% One of the largest challenges this world gives us is making us as women feel inferior, unseen, and shameful for being the way God wants us to be. I constantly try to remind myself that I’m not here to please my flesh with vanity and the world, but rather to live and be an example of what Jesus wants me to be. I’m not perfect at all but I’m continually trying to abide in his will for me. Keep shining your light!

When you said "A woman after God's heart" it reminded me.. In the past I thought when David is a man after God's own heart, I thought it meant David is pursuing God's heart. Then I learned that the meaning might be better understood as David being modeled after God's heart. That's how, despite his flaws, he remained loyal to Yahweh.
Although I don't think it is a case of either/or.. As it is often in the Bible, more likely both/and... To pursue God's heart but to be conformed to the likeness of God's own heart. Steadfast loyalty
