    I have never saw on the market that pink caviar ?????? So this recipe is not from scratch ?

      The fish roe Pam's family uses has pink colouring in it. You can make this dip with fish roe that doesn't have colouring in it. The flavour will be the same... and if you follow Pam's soda water method your taramosalata it will be light and fluffy and delicious!!! 🙂

      United States, that’s all you could get us a pink I wish I was able to get the white. The white is a lot better quality than the pink.
