    I had this at a restaurant in Malibu, CA. At first I thought it was hummus. But then I noticed it was creamier and fluffier and the flavor was amazing.

    I tried it with the sandwich bread as opposed to potato it’s more fishy with the sandwich bread.

    There’s a certain way when you add the lemon juice and the onion. It removes most of the fishy taste to it that’s what I like about it because I despise fish.

      That's great Kevin! Sometimes that fishy taste may have to do with the type of the fish roe :)

    Wow!
    Why so much oil?
    And even more at the end!
    Very fattening, but very tasty even from our supermarkets.

      Hot tip, many dips an emulsion of oil + ingredients. The ones you get in the supermarket are like 70% oil.
