There’s a certain way when you add the lemon juice and the onion. It removes most of the fishy taste to it that’s what I like about it because I despise fish.

Did u used raw fish roe or smoked roe?
I always use raw fish roe for this recipe
I swear some restaurants might use Bottarga
I tried it with the sandwich bread as opposed to potato it’s more fishy with the sandwich bread.

Very fattening, but very tasty even from our supermarkets.
Hot tip, many dips an emulsion of oil + ingredients. The ones you get in the supermarket are like 70% oil.
Sugar is a no-no.
