- Don't make porridge with glutinous rice flour. I teach you how to make cold cakes. The skin is soft and waxy, and the fillings are sweet. You can't forget it.
150 grams of water milled glutinous rice flour, 30 grams of corn starch, 200 grams of pure milk, 30 grams of white sugar, 30 grams of corn oil, 2 grams of matcha powder, and 300 grams of bean paste.

New here. I try my best to help interpret in English.
1. Add 150g glutinous rice flour, 30g corn starch flour, 30g sugar and mix well
2. Add 200g milk and mix well
3. Add 30g corn oil and mix well (any type of oil will do not heavy taste)
4. Steam it with plate cover on top to prevent water drip in (20 mins)
5. 20g glutinous rice stir fry in pan with small fire until light yellow in color / smell fragrance
6. Cool glutinous mix - still warm not burning fingers stir it with spoon. Roll it with a bit of glutinous rice flour into dough until smooth
7. Dough and bean paste (300 g) divided into 2 portions. 2g matcha add to 1 dough and roll it. So you have 1 portion plan and 1 portion matcha fav. Each portion roll flat and fill up 150g of red bean paste each.
8. Can last up to max 3 days
