  • Neck hump also known as Dowager's hump is very common and often accompanied by forward head posture. In most cases it is treatable by exercises and posture changes. So in this video i share with you How to Fix Forward Head Posture (FOREVER)
Forward head posture (FHP) is a common condition where your head is positioned with your ears in front of your body’s vertical midline. In normal or neutral head posture, your ears line up with your shoulders and midline.
FHP can cause neck pain, stiffness, an unbalanced gait, and other side effects. It’s also often associated with rounded shoulders, called kyphosis.
The good news is that you can usually fix it: Stretching and strengthening exercises along with paying attention to good posture relieves side effects and restores better posture.
FHP is also called “text neck” or “nerd neck,” because it results from prolonged bending toward a computer screen, or hunching over a laptop or cell phone. It’s also associated with the loss of muscle strength in the aging process.

I noticed my forward head posture one day, and was creeped out! It looks awful on anyone. I am 65, but in otherwise good shape. I was sleeping with a memory foam pillow tucked just above my shoulders, and I think that was a contributing cause. Now sleeping with a small thin pillow, and using some exercises. Total change in 45 days or so. A military "brace up" against a wall provides a good way to check progress and train: heels, shoulder blades and head touching the wall, with neck as close as possible.

Do chin tucks improve jawline or only posture? Thanks.

Both, when you improve posture, over time your jawline will show more, but really if you want to see your jawline for sure you have to get to a lower body fat percentage

( my native language is not englisch i hope u still understand me) Hey bro i saw u make a lot of nofap videos. I made nofap over months (Safe over 8months i didnt count the days) i swear i noticed a lot of changes in my life i was more attractive to womans i was able to hold long eye contacts i had s3x with girls (before nofap i was a virgin) i switched my job i a higher company where i get more money i was godlike in the job interviews i was absolutly strong in the gym (before nofap i was around 70kg skinny unmusclar now im 90kg with sixpack and very musculary) and a lot of other benefits i was so masculinity and full of testosteron everything was perfect in my life i knowed my goals my dreams than i saw a tik tok where a athlete showed how strong placebo is where people are trained for 4 weeks and then for 4 weeks with a placebo pill and they gained a lot of muscles +10 benchpress +7 shoulderpress Etc. And another athlete wrote under this video " yeah the effect of placebo is amazing" this blowned my mind and destroyed my entire charakter because its possible that everything was placebo with nofap (in my heart i know its not a placebo and nofap is the real shit but it makes me insecure about that) it makes me some ego problems tbh i dont know what should i do to become the one i was before i saw this tik tok.
    Kind regarts
