Just got fitted for the Ts3 fairway in 16.5 degrees. Massive improvements over last years 917 for sure. Saw a 230m carry on the Ts3 which is 5m longer than the Callaway Rogue in the same specs. Rogue Sub Zero won in the Driver big time, but this TS3 fairway is out of this world !
Thanks for noting the lack of availability for lefties. Very few club reviews ever provide this information for those of us that strike the ball from the right side.
came back to this review after seeing it when it came out originally, played the TS2 3 wood for first time last week and loved it, high launch, arrow straight. Even considering buying one!
Put a TS3 driver and a TS2 fairway (demo clubs) in the bag and went out Friday and Saturday to get some supplementary scorecards in. Unbelievable! Loved them from the first hit. Only went and shot +3 and +4 on two consecutive days (was off 6.4, now off 5.4!) Got my fitting booked already. Titleist are BACK IN THE GAME when it comes to the long end of the bag!
Garcia's pick is astonishing to me... Can't believe I have narrowly missed out on making the Ryder cup team cuz if Garcia is a pick I must have been under consideration? Hang on Tiger your not 1 up I get a shot on this hole 😝 I like the look of the new Titleist drivers and woods... They are just a little different and I think for the better. Ooops... Honest reviews.. Take note TM cuz you really spat your dummy out over Marks deal didn't you 😝
I was looking at radspeed 3 wood but managed to get a very good deal on last year's TS3 with HZDS Smoke shaft, heard nothing but good things about the TS and TSi series👌
I tried the TS2 Driver, 15 deg fairway and 18 deg fairway against the TS3 Driver and the 15 deg fairway (TS3 fairway in 18 deg unavailable). Both the TS3 driver and the 15 deg fairway were a lot more consistent and easier to hit for me. I was doing awesome with the TS2 fairways but the TS3 was just a bit longer and straighter.
I think it's a bit of a shame Titleist have kept up with the bigger heads on fairways and now no 440CC driver option as well. I've tried had to like the 917F3 but keep going back to the 913F for that compact look preference...that doesn't speak to performance but looks behind the ball go a long way with me...cheers for another good review bruh
Garcia was the logical pick. He's a major winner, good Ryder Cup record, #13 world ranking and remember that almost half the locked in players are Rookies. Garcia has a new wife, baby, club company and honestly, probably started enjoying life off the course, which shows in his playing. That said, he is still a great player and he would have been my pick
I'm pleased Garcia is picked, he's a great player who will not buckle under the pressure of a Ryder cup (he might play poorly but it wouldn't be due to the pressure) plus according to other players he's a great person to have in the locker room.
Love the look of the new Titleist ts range definitely stepped up its game. Garcia remember he plays against the best players in the world all the time, love Matt Wallace’s game Ryder cup star next time around and remember it’s not stroke play all the time in the Ryder cup so all in all he will perform in that particular format and also he’s proved he likes the national course so come on Europe let’s give the yanks a damm good thrashing! Even tho USA is very very strong individually. Europe Europe Europe to win by maybe 2pts.
Really lovely looking in the black. Great review as always. Who would be a captain eh. Garcia’s pick a bit of a shock but it’s done now. Come on team Europe.
Hi mark, how do they compare to the 913fD as this was the larger head but also the low spin version that got flipped for 915 which stopped me from upgrading...
Looks like one is 13.5 degrees fairways, couldn't see the other ... although they look different in static loft at setup from the visual / video angle . Nice review, numbers, and overall comments . I just picked up a new TS3 - 15 deg at a super great low price for my youngest son - - like the looks; sure it will hit well too, but can always change the shaft and weighting if necessary too ,,,,, o ___ !
Being that in American, I think the Sergio pick hinders team Europe, I personally believe he’d been much better off as a vice captain that a player for sure. USA USA USA!!! Can’t wait, I’m so excited for the Ryder Cup
Need TS2 & TS3 to match driver branding. TS3 Surefit Weight across the whole line of woods. Marketing 101. The other funny thing about marketing is by introducing two lines certain people will be captivated with the idea of crossing over (e.g. TS3 Driver and TS2 3W) and by so doing forget to explore other brands. Solid engineering + solid marketing = Titleist
Any pick that Bjorn made had merit and Garcia’s experience makes as much sense as Wallace’s form. I think Rafa will be most aggrieved as he played well last time and is in form but having such tough decisions hopefully points to us having a strong group of players. One reason for his more experienced picks could be that it’s tough to see what type of captain Bjorn will be. Most captains have had an illustrious individual career, excellent RC record or have bought something else to the table like McGinley’s meticulous planning. Bjorn might struggle a little to get the players going as there’s only so much ‘do it for Seve’ that you can throw at them so he might be relying on big personalities like Garcia, Poulter and Stenson to run the locker room while he works in the background.
Thomas Bjorn believes Sergio can turn his recent form around for the Ryder cup. Time will tell. I sincerely hope he can .Sergio has the talent to do this and be an integral part of the team and I'm sure he will do his utmost . If I was captain I would have picked either Matt Wallace or Rafa CB , but I'm not captain and he knows these players far better than I do.
Hi mark, great video mate! Love your work!! One quick questions, I noticed you didn’t take it out on the course to test, I’m guessing it was raining or something but I was wondering if you felt one or the other space would be easier to hit your gaming shorts IE high cut or low running?
For me it's between the TS2 and Rogue. Once Titleist decides to ship left handed clubs to my fitter, I will make a decision. I have two 818 H1's and those are my rinky dinks, best two clubs in my bag.
So what you are saying is get fit, test them on the course and then choose what works best for you? How do you do that? I don’t know if a place that will allow me to “test” a club on the course for a while and then decided de to buy. 😒
Garcia is a great pick - not the inform player at all but his impact on the team will be massive, and that will translate to more over all point for Europe as opposed to his points contribution. Bearing in mind newly half have never been in a Ryder cup and Casey hasn’t been in for years I think it’s good tekkers from Bjørn
Does the face of the TS2 Fairway look any "straighter" than the face of the TS3, as it does in the driver? If so, that could be the reason for only a fixed weight at the back of the TS2. Stephanie from Titleist, when talking to Mark about the fixed weight in the TS2 DRIVER, mentioned that because it is designed to be straighter and more forgiving, you don't have to muck around with any draw or fade bias.
Garcia might not have his game currently but once he gets into the team room and atmosphere it could lift his game they way Poulter s does. Great clubs again from Titleist. Any chance either you or Dan could test the stock shafts in your preferred head to show what impact they have on your numbers?
I have 917 F-2, My analysis from testing. First lie angle too flat at 56.5. When adjusted to 58.0 at full upright setting, club is too light from swingweight subtraction change. Hard to launch off turf. Static head weight less than 210 grams. My F-7 is almost 5 grams more static weight. Standard lie 58. Easy to hit off turf. Had to add lead tape to rear bottom of 917 to increase cg for easier launch. This is probably why they added weight to rear of TS-2 to improve MOI. I let someone try the 917 F-2, he hit it off tee to low, 1 shot. The paint came off the head. I lost $200 off value of new club. I have read many complaints of paint quality. What's up with this $340 price point. Automatic $50 increase each year. Pricing themselves out of the market except for those brainwashed by marketing.
How did you find it compares to the 917? Be good to see side by side test and compare the numbers, could you do that? Sorry, forgot to mention, good review enjoyed it 😉
Missed every cut in all majors this year Matt Wallace has won on tour 4 times in 16 months he was picked for his passion not his form! But I’m sure he will come good because it’s the Ryder cup
Should have picked Garcia as a VC. Proper way to have a good room environment & keep a guy like Wallace/Fitzy in. No point in keeping up friendships. Capt Bjorn acting like an ass & will regret it.
Thanks for the review, but neither of these look like something I even want to try (unlike the TS drivers). What Cobra, TaylorMade, and Callaway do in the FW space looks a lot more attractive to me.
I kinda get the Stenson and almost the Garcia pick from the point of view of experience with 5 rookies on the squad. But I think it was just a case of boys club mentality and he picked his mates. Should have went Wallace and Rafa. Give those boys some experience, they are the future of Ryder Cup for Europe.
Am I off base by saying the 917 F2 is still a viable option for you both? Dan likes to tinker with the SureFit CG weights (Mark can use a neutral weight and leave it alone), and they both like the shape of the TS2 (comparable to 917 F2). Outside of the color and alignment arrow change, what else is there for folks to go to the TS2 fairway if they already game the 917 F2 (I'm in this boat as well)?
Sergio has the mentality and experience but perhaps not the golf game at the moment...what game are they playing? If have taken Bello - on form and did well 2 years ago. Matt Wallace on form will be disappointed.
The Garcia pick is a mystery. He does have a reasonably good Ryder Cup record, but there are clearly players available in much better form over the past 6-12 months than Garcia.
While Garcia’s play may not have earned him a place on Team Europe, just imagine how nervous it made everyone here in the US when his name was announced. 😄
Mark you mentioned you'd might move to ts2 if you were worried about losing the ball right... would you not just play with the lie like you did previously... or have I misunderstood you?
I'm a Garcia fan for a long time but in terms of playing his way onto the team imo dont feel like he did. I'm sure he can scratch out a point....maybe. but we shall see
I think future reviews should be renamed “My Opinion” from now on... simply to annoy people who suggest your are biased, and those folks over at taylormade 😉
I hope after the Ryder cup the Sergio pic will have been the right choice. But now I think he doesn’t deserve it at all. For me Rafa would be the right one.
Couldn't be more wrong about the left handed information. TS 2 and 3 come in both left and right handed.. only thing left handed don't come in all loft variations. TS2: Loft Options (RH/LH): 13.5°, 15°, 16.5°, 18°, 21° (RH Only) TS3: 13.5° (RH Only), 15°, 16.5°, 18° (RH Only)
Garcia will be good for experience but that’s the purpose of vice captains and inform players who have been there before, to miss out on Wallace, Rcb or even fitz is a big mistake given their form
Seems to be Europe goes more in experience instead of current performance! I don’t think that’s the right decision! I prefer to see younger player that are in good form at the moment. My opinion is to get Experience you’ve to play in the Cup. We will see! However I can’t wait for the Ryder cup! Go Europe even I think it will be very hard for them
Don't know if I'm just petty or what, but if I can't buy one because they don't stock left handed versions I won't purchase any of the products. Just my opinion. Being a left handed golfer is hard enough as it is when it comes to stocking of equipment let alone manufactures refusing to actually make them.
Garcia is a great player but hasn’t been playing great so along with Stenson could be a mistake , time will tell. Hopefully I’m way off and he wins lots of points.
In fantasy sports we’d call the Garcia pick as a homer pick. Sorry brah but the Americans are gonna tear it up. Euros needed to pick their best as many Americans are in great form. Love me some TS. Ordered TS 3 driver and fairway today
Shame about Garcia there will be so much pressure on him now as he has been picked over people who a clearly playing better than him! I feel he is a lucky boy and hope he finds some form to take to the Ryder cup!
I haven't commented on all the vids, but I love getting both your's and Dan's take on the club reviews.

Which was incorrect info ...
LH availability: The TS 2 = 13.5, 15, 16.5, 18 ... The TS3 = 15, 16.5
RH adds only - TS2 = 21 ... TS3 = 13.5 and 18
came back to this review after seeing it when it came out originally, played the TS2 3 wood for first time last week and loved it, high launch, arrow straight. Even considering buying one!
Hello from Port Elizabeth South Africa. Another great video. Always captivating. You helped me choose the right titleist hybrid clubs. Thanks.
Put a TS3 driver and a TS2 fairway (demo clubs) in the bag and went out Friday and Saturday to get some supplementary scorecards in. Unbelievable! Loved them from the first hit. @@frangipanboo hahaha what an idiot you really are 😁
Getting fitted next week for driver and fairway, both vlogs have helped and now I’m not going
In naked 👍🏻😜
Great vid - love the technical chat, I learn loads!
Hope TS hybrids are round the corner I’m in the market for new ones woo hoo 😎🤗
Thank you Mark and Dan great review as usual. The TS lineup is looking good can’t wait to go give them a swing.
Met Thomas Bjorn last night. He was inspirational. Great explanation as to why he picked Garcia
was the explanation that he was drunk, or perhaps Jim Furyk suggested it !!!
As an American I love the Garcia pick!!! Hopefully his woes continue. Cmon boys, say it with me. USA! USA! USA!
I was looking at radspeed 3 wood but managed to get a very good deal on last year's TS3 with HZDS Smoke shaft, heard nothing but good things about the TS and TSi series👌

Just bought TS2 Fairway today 🙏
Great review again. Great number crunching and analysis.

The TS2 looks very much like the 915F... which is a good thing - would have to be very special to get my 915F out of the bag
good review can't wait to see the difference
Really lovely looking in the black. Great review as always. Who would be a captain eh. Garcia’s pick a bit of a shock but it’s done now. Come on team Europe.
Dan's been seeing too many triangles, maybe they lasered his eyes wrong.
2m in and love the TS2 the best
Come on Europe, teams picked now - Captain knows what he’s doing 😎
......in my opinion....
Hi mark, how do they compare to the 913fD as this was the larger head but also the low spin version that got flipped for 915 which stopped me from upgrading...
Dan hitting high balls. Has the world gone into another dimension.
Great review guys thank you

Being that in American, I think the Sergio pick hinders team Europe, I personally believe he’d been much better off as a vice captain that a player for sure. USA USA USA!!! Can’t wait, I’m so excited for the Ryder Cup

Astounded Garcia got picked over Wallace, Knox, or Peiters... The young blokes got absolutely shafted as we say in Australia
Australia could probably beat both those teams...although who would the 4th Aussie be

Dan has improved his club head speed by having a turbulator haircut.
These look really good but when it comes down to it the way it sounds is really important to me.
Thomas Bjorn believes Sergio can turn his recent form around for the Ryder cup. Time will tell. Makes me think about the limit on the number of clubs you can carry -14.Should we able to carry as many as we like? Or less? What's your view Mark?
Do we need to have a new what’s in the bag with you mark? How much has changed since your first set with Titleist? Rinky?
How much do you think the shaft plays into those numbers?
Garcia is a great pick - not the inform player at all but his impact on the team will be massive, and that will translate to more over all point for Europe as opposed to his points contribution. Not really no
Mark love the videos, what shaft are you in is that the smoke or the kuro kage?
Ts2 is clean and nice looking.
Garcia might not have his game currently but once he gets into the team room and atmosphere it could lift his game they way Poulter s does. Great clubs again from Titleist. Any chance either you or Dan could test the stock shafts in your preferred head to show what impact they have on your numbers?
Getting reviews Mark!
Gents. What were your ball speeds? How did they differ from your gamer. Thanks. Keep up the good work.

Does one have a more shallow face than the other like past models?
Nope 👍

What is the best ts2 3 wood loft for a beginner?
Go test but my guess would be 2
He picked Sergio for the Same reasons I would have put Westwood in. Love his choices though. Come on Europe.
When Dan said: "You are launching the ball just a fraction lower than me"......I about fell out of my chair.
Odd that TS2 is RH only... as the TS2 seems to be the one most players would probably need (more forgiving, higher spin).
I think it is I might of miss read that.
Sergio has the mentality and experience but perhaps not the golf game at the moment...what game are they playing? If have taken Bello - on form and did well 2 years ago. Matt Wallace on form will be disappointed.

Garcia’s selection must make players like Matt Wallace and Russell Knox wonder just what they need to do to get picked #OldBoysClub
Mark you mentioned you'd might move to ts2 if you were worried about losing the ball right... would you not just play with the lie like you did previously... or have I misunderstood you?
Yeah I would but sometime more launch makes me feel happier hitting a draw.
9.00.......the answer? Marketing!
I'm a Garcia fan for a long time but in terms of playing his way onto the team imo dont feel like he did. I'm sure he can scratch out a point....maybe. but we shall see
Lets see the review were it matter, on the course !
Mark, buy a steady cam holder ;-)
It's funny to read all the Ryder Cup Sergio Garcia comments after the Ryder Cup. Shows that not many know squat!!!
Ts2 would be my choice
You want higher balls...lol....I am stupid, I know. Get up, Dan!
Come on Tiger! (At the BMW)
I think future reviews should be renamed “My Opinion” from now on... simply to annoy people who suggest your are biased, and those folks over at taylormade 😉
Haha 😂👍👍
I hope after the Ryder cup the Sergio pic will have been the right choice. But now I think he doesn’t deserve it at all. For me Rafa would be the right one.
Couldn't be more wrong about the left handed information. TS 2 and 3 come in both left and right handed.. only thing left handed don't come in all loft variations.
TS2: Loft Options (RH/LH): 13.5°, 15°, 16.5°, 18°, 21° (RH Only)
TS3: 13.5° (RH Only), 15°, 16.5°, 18° (RH Only)
That’s great.
Website seems to have a different story about LH v RH. Maybe thats just in America
Garcia will be good for experience but that’s the purpose of vice captains and inform players who have been there before, to miss out on Wallace, Rcb or even fitz is a big mistake given their form
Sergio, love him, but don’t think he should have been picked, he just isn’t playing well enough and then what good is his experience
Seems to be Europe goes more in experience instead of current performance! I don’t think that’s the right decision! I prefer to see younger player that are in good form at the moment. My opinion is to get Experience you’ve to play in the Cup. We will see! However I can’t wait for the Ryder cup! Go Europe even I think it will be very hard for them
I am a lefty Titleist hybrids and irons player disappointed that I have only one choice Titleist fairway.
Don’t worry it’s in LH too I was wrong.
Garcia pressure putting in the singles? I don't think so. Hope I'm wrong. C'mon Europe!
Is Madonna Dan`s MUM?? ........On a serious note these reviews are just getting better
Don't know if I'm just petty or what, but if I can't buy one because they don't stock left handed versions I won't purchase any of the products. Just my opinion. Being a left handed golfer is hard enough as it is when it comes to stocking of equipment let alone manufactures refusing to actually make them.
Both TS2 and TS3 driver and fairway is available in LH.
Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
Garcia is a great player but hasn’t been playing great so along with Stenson could be a mistake , time will tell. Hopefully I’m way off and he wins lots of points.
Interesting why they put the active channel in the wood but not in the driver.
Lower hits on a fairway strike 👍
Tinker Trailer Super Fitter
In fantasy sports we’d call the Garcia pick as a homer pick. Sorry brah but the Americans are gonna tear it up. Euros needed to pick their best as many Americans are in great form.
Love me some TS. Ordered TS 3 driver and fairway today
Shame about Garcia there will be so much pressure on him now as he has been picked over people who a clearly playing better than him! I feel he is a lucky boy and hope he finds some form to take to the Ryder cup!
Get up Dan the tinker man.
Love the yoga figure in the background 🤟
No on-course testing?😢
Don’t worry loads of on course testing of this product to come. TS3 in the bag 👍
I love Garcia. He is not the right pick. Go with players in better form.
dan got up...... dan must be on the blue pill
Must have been raining outdoors.
So no glasses this vlog dan
