In a post-apocalyptic world where insects grew big, Bluebell visits places she went in the past to collect fireflies in order to find her friend Willow.

The Legend, The Legend of the Starlight Beetle🪲🌟🐝
Getting glimpses of Bluebell’s memory of her missed one and herself together throughout the film made me deeply touched. Such a beautiful way to show the genuine & special relationship that they have - and letting us catch Willow’s traces from Bluebell’s present day without her was so engaging. Cannot forget to mention that I LOVED the heartwarming colors that goes perfectly with the heartwarming story - and the metaphor of love protecting/saving their beloved. Lastly the last scene with only Bluebell’s sincere expression of happiness was just the perfect ending. Thinking that scene also being Willow’s pov got me teared up as well. 메이블 천재~~!!!!
I really like this Short Film, it has a very great storyline and gives off the best emotional values that ive never once seen in any other short film. The tone of the scenes are beautiful, the art style is adorable and matches the character voices well. You did a great job ^_^ !!
I hope you continue to persue this passion of yours, youll be amazing.. Dont ever give up on your dreams! Cant wait to see more projects youve worked on.
In a world of chaos, where darkness reigns,
Two friends sought solace amidst the strain.
Starlight Beetle, a guide through the night,
Leading lost souls to reunite.
Through rubble and ruins, their bond held strong,
In a desolate world where hope seemed gone.
Yet fate's cruel hand tore them apart,
But Starlight Beetle mended each heart.
With its glow, it showed the way,
To the friend they longed for, come what may.
In the post-apocalyptic gloom, it gleamed,
Guiding lost souls to the friend they dreamed.
P.S. I don't know how it showed up in my recommendations, but I'm really glad I was able to see this animated short. It's the most satisfying moment when RUclips gives you a really good video.
This was beyond amazing - I loved every second of this short film. It was emotionally gripping, very beautifully done, and I also had BIG Adventure Time feels throughout. Well done to all involved.
