    Mr Barron
Please keep you're family safe with hurricane Delta headed that way. I'm a 53 year old father myself and will be happy to volunteer to help you in anyway. You make all southern fathers look good. Beautiful family and relationship with Hanna. Lead by example like all southern dads. Prayers from Mississippi

Young feller, great job, i'm 57 yr., old irishman from rural Kentucky, our smokehouse is the size of a small house, we smoke hams, & dry age beef & deer in there. A tip, if you like garlic, get a fresh head/bulb or 2, skin em' & cut cloves in half, puncture chix about an inch deep with a paring knife, stuff in 1/2 clove, do that all around the chix, you'll love it, been cookin' since i was 9. I use about 75% hickory & 25% apple wood cause it is free on our place, just do the work., btw in Ky. we call chix yard birds, lol

Ok when can I meet you for a hog or a turkey or both or even deer oh yum. I am just at the Ala and Tenn line. Seeing all the hunting you are doing and cooking I so jealous not being able to hunt and get all that fresh meat. I found Hannah's site yesterday and been watching so many of hers and then saw that she made you a site and now been watching yours. Maybe I can get my husband to make me a smoke house or at least help me with it. Stay safe and hope you have plenty of good eats.
