Nice! mine actually prints quite garbage :( oh well... I'll fix it and figure out why hopefully. my issue ais my layer lines. My shaft does flex soI might try out the reinforced y carriages since my shafts are like 45cm long (300x300x300) i'm suspicous that's the issue on mine. or bad idlers and belts

Nice work. I'm building one at the moment. It looks like you've extended the area and used some other parts on there. How is the rigidity of the longer rails etc?
I've ordered a 300*300 PCB heated bed and want to go to about 500 in the Z. I'm thinking that the cantilever Z platform might be a little weak for that and go to a dual screw, four rod that supports it on both sides. How is yours?

Yes, I used the orig Hypercube for ideas and then changed things from there. My make at thingiverse has all the details, and I remade quite a few of the plastic parts to make them stronger and more functional. They are available on thingiverse as well as remixes. I have extrusions of 480(x) 350(y) and 470(z). It is very stable, there is not any sag that I am able to measure. Results are now very good after I have extrusion tuned. I went with the dual belt driven Z and it is way more stable than the single leadscrew z. I redid the x/y belt Idlers. The stock ones are way too fragile for all that stress. My top recommended mod is this; www.thingiverse.com/thing:2158233
Good luck and post if you use any of my remixes, I would love to see others use them. Source files are at thingiverse as well.

Mine is very stable. Much more stable with the dual Z belt support. I first built it with a cantilever bed, and did not even try to print, there was just too much wobble and bounce. It may have worked, but I did not like it. The belts turned out to be the best thing, cheap and easy and they stay in sync. My bed platform is plywood, 1/2 inch and is about 320x340 so almost big enough for a 300x300. I would think it will work out fine for you with a dual z belt.
I tried 2 addl rods as well, but they did not really contribute anything, so I did not use them.
