No worries, lots of people don't want kids these days! There's nothing wrong with it at all :) I'm a 25 year-old gay man and I've already decided I'll never become a parent. For me, the societal pressure is non-existent anyway because of my sexuality, but I wish that women weren't pressured so much to have kids, and that the medical community didn't gatekeep hysterectomies for young women who want them and know they aren't going to have kids.
and don't let people who are parents make you feel bad about it! I have 2 kids but I make it a point not to ask when people are going to have kids because it's really rude. I think it's like when people ask me why I'm not married. people are rude but anyway have a nice day!

Throughout 2015-2016, I made it a point to watch the sunset every single day and I honestly think that it was both the best and worst my mental health has ever been lol it was astonishing to watch the universes beauty slowly darken but then you snap to the reality that you’re staring at the endless sky and everything is meaningless… double edged sword 🌅
When it comes to being famous - don’t feel like you’re not famous just because someone doesn’t recognize you! Thousands of other people do!! There are plenty of celebrities that get mentioned to me in conversation and I’m like “who is that” 😆🙃
sometimes I feel like a bad person, and when I do I have to evaluate why and then change. but in general I think I'm good, just closed off and protective of myself
I used to get the same way about friends not texting back right away or thinking they don’t like me anymore. Sometimes the thoughts still cross my mind. But now I’ve realized that I have no control over that, and it’s just extra stress added to your life to ruminate about those things without actual proof. Most people are just busy and working on themselves. It’s usually not personal.
You literally say all the things I want to say but you actually have a following and it’s great to find a group of like minded individuals.
I’ve learn to accept that there’s some friends that only hangs out with me cuz they have nobody else or cuz I’m their emergency friend, a secondary character in their life. Since I’ve made some new friends outside of school and I live in a new town where I know nobody, I’m less affected by that, it doesn’t hurt me anymore.
I just feel like whoever is that is not draining my energy and giving me a social life is good company to me 🤷🏾♀️ I have my two best friends and that’s it

I'm over 30 and I'm definitely not having any kids. I've always known it. But almost anyone I've told that to, said some form of,
"Oh you don't know that, just wait."
I kept an open mind, honestly. Believing one day I'd maybe change my mind about all the logical reasons I don't want children. Or just have some great maternal awakening and suddenly have the desire to do all that. But like no, finally at 30, I started realizing I just don't want children. I like kids. I'd just prefer to not have any 🤷♀️
Whenever things are really bad, and I catch myself seeing the sunset, I think “oh yeah the sunset is beautiful every night” and I can’t imagine a world that has this in it being the same world that makes me not want to be alive.

I'm having a horrible week rn so I was super happy to see a new Drew video. Adult responsibilities and maintaining friendships is really difficult when having ADHD and that's what I'm struggling with right now, in addition to feeling lonely.
