Ube Halaya Recipe
1 lb (16 oz) Frozen Ube (purple yam)
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 can Condensed Milk
1 can Coconut Milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1tsp ube flavoring (adjust to your desired color)
Mix all ingredients in a nonstick pan, cook on low heat. Continue stirring until thick for about 30-40 mins
