    Looks yummy.. Salamat po sa idea... Wala po talagang egg. Ano pong size ng molder?

      Ahkel Laranang Yes po, wla po egg pero super soft and fluffy ng bread. 11 x 3 po ung size ng bread mold. Kung mas maliit po ung bread mold nyo, pwde po idivide ung dough sa half.

    Hi po. Question lang po. In case na wala po akong gagawin na syrup for the coating. Ilang sugar po ang pwedeng isama sa dough instead na 3/4 tbsp. Thank you

      Hello, d na kailangan mgdagdag ng sugar sa dough kasi mging sticky masyado yung dough. You can brush the bread with melted butter.

      Chicco Villa hello, 375 F ( 191 C) for 25-30 minutes.

    do I still need luke warm milf if I have instant yeast?

      Hi, yes you would need lukewarm water/ milk so the temperature of all your ingredients will be consistent with your other ingredients. You don’t have to bloom the yeast, you just need to add it to your dry ingredients.

    I followed everything to the letter but the dough turned crumbly. I tried adding a few drops of water and some butter and left it to rise. Will know the result later.

    Kulang un ingriedients sobrang tigas ng dough...kahit knead for 5mins...

      Emie Bernardo Hi, sorry to hear that. Yan po ang favorite dough recipe ko dhel sobrng dali gawin. Sa bread baking po maraming factors kung bket nangyayari ang mga nangyayari. Una po ung milk dpat warm, ung ingredients dpat room temperature, ung kusina dpat po d mashado mainit or malamig ang temperature dhil makakaapekto ung sa final result ng tinapay. Ang bread baking nmn po is a little bit flexible, if the dough is too wet, you can add a little bit of flour, if is is too dry, you can add a little bit of liquid/ fat.
