Hi, yes you would need lukewarm water/ milk so the temperature of all your ingredients will be consistent with your other ingredients. You don’t have to bloom the yeast, you just need to add it to your dry ingredients.
I followed everything to the letter but the dough turned crumbly. I tried adding a few drops of water and some butter and left it to rise. Will know the result later.

Una po ung milk dpat warm, ung ingredients dpat room temperature, ung kusina dpat po d mashado mainit or malamig ang temperature dhil makakaapekto ung sa final result ng tinapay. Ang bread baking nmn po is a little bit flexible, if the dough is too wet, you can add a little bit of flour, if is is too dry, you can add a little bit of liquid/ fat. Hello, d na kailangan mgdagdag ng sugar sa dough kasi mging sticky masyado yung dough. You can brush the bread with melted butter.
