Some good oversight will go along way! If you can afford the time, or the expense of hiring an assistant, you can have an approval process in place where less workers are involved & somebody sends you detailed information concerning each stage. For example, as each structural brace is produced, you can make sure of the positioning, quality of final welds, and other details not associated with material selection.
