I've had the opportunity to drive three others- one was a sort of daily driver, easy, spirited after the Honda Civic the motor came from but not wild. the other two were built to exploit the very low weight the design makes possible. Monstrous and more monstrous would be my call- and as addictive as the other speed! They are the most "alive" thing I have ever driven in my life- it literally vibrates and bellows and dances when you get brisk with it. It tells you every step that you can get badly bitten if you go to far!
After about 150hp they get very twitchy in the wet. That's already quite a high hp/ton for a road car and they don't have much weight over the rear wheels.

Jamie, honestly, please do not change the audio and visual experience! There was nothing wrong with either! The audio and visuals depicted exactly what it's like to be in one of those kit cars! It's a raw visceral experience! I've been fortunate enough to have been in one and driven it......this video was an experience in itself!

Awesome car, cool owner and I loved the presenter guy's enthusiasm. Great stuff :-)

I’ve been driving fast cars and riding superbikes all my life... To keep a clean licence which I need for work (prestige car driver) I have become pretty aware of my surroundings while on the road. Pretty sure I can hear a siren as the wind changes @ 15:32 and by 15:40 you can see what appears to be a police car come into view! Haha.. You guys were outta their way promptly though! ;) Fantastic car, great video Jamie... The sound wasn’t half as bad as I was expecting! Great job mate!

Great video that thing is super fast, my mate years ago had a Dutton kit car so I know the feeling of that rush when your in it it's mental, his was running a 1600 cross flow engine not as quick as this but still bloody quick 👍
