Tulsa Time cover by Jay Smith

Don Williams wrote this song. I think every country band has played it at one time or another. I heard Eric Clapton's version and decided to blend both their versions to create my own. I'm not trying to imitate anyone. I just like the song. I'm using my Heritage 535 and the backing track was sequenced by me on my Yamaha MOXF6 keyboard. Harmony is a Digitech Vocalist VR rack using midi notes in the sequence.

even i have a hard time watching another lefty. I'm use to watching right handed players and can see what they are doing. people ask me for lessons, but it's not easy to teach someone if you're left handed.

What do you use for a harmony efx! I use a vocalist live 2 and I do not get as good as a sound as you.

Tom, my tracks are midi. I use a rackmount Digitech Vocalist VR in the vocoder mode. I sequence the notes I want it to harmonize. It will still sing the correct harmonies because I told it what notes to sing. Plus I dont have to turn it on and off. It's all midi. Set it and forget it.
