I liked his design the most when the fontaine teasers dropped but I wasn't too excited for any of the new characters. Neuvillette, however, is starting to grow on me which means my primos are in danger 😭
@@aquillaxx it was mostly an old theory about her constellation which was mostly a "lost in translation" thing since it was a reference to a Chinese strategist called Zhuge Liang and people took "sleeping dragon" litteraly (which was just Zhuge Liang surname) they also share a strategist role in Genshin too
@@aquillaxx I think it all started because there was a prophecy in Enkanomiya what says that a new Dragon of Water will be born in human form. All regions have dragons except for Inazuma, so people assumed that Kokomi has to be one.
You know, so far in Genshin I haven’t see many characters with actual close to romantic chemistry. (Jokes aside regarding Kaveitham) There is Navia’s and the duelist who have some tension, but more similar to a vendetta-sorrow kind of tension because of the events. Here Navia grows to understand on a more personal level which actually surprised me. Usually Genshin usually shows less emotions between two non-traveler characters, yet here both have an emotional scene. Now I know some people will misinterpret my statement as me shipping them. If I want to ship them, let me. Though here I am not stating anything. It just REMINDS me of those scenes from romance novels. They probably did that on purpose given it is supposed to be France mixed with some England and Italy here and there (the whole city or country of love stereotype as well as romance novels) but I doubt that they will make it a pairing for the sake of letting our creativity wonder around them being single.
I feel like this scene does not have any romantic implications whatsoever in comparison to Beigguang and Kavetham for example (really not a joke). I can imagine Navia being the young girl and Neuvilette being her uncle sharing a feeling of emotions as they both visit their loved ones (father to Navia & a brother to Neuvilette) grave. This sort of sentiment does not necessarily have to be romantic nor does it evoke any romantic chemistry, it's just the two being open about how they feel knowing the story behind it. And tbh, the idea of Navia and Neuvilette being shipped together seems kinda off ngl. I can only imagine Neuvilette being a father/mother figure to her.
@@Leo-ds5dt okay I see what you mean. I do agree about the BeiGuang one, because of the tension and looks they give each other. Though I don’t see the Kaveitham one, probably because I’ve had this sort of relationship with past roommates but it wasn’t friendly. The usual “you argue like an old married couple” but they are just friends, which is why I don’t ship it seriously. I find it fun though. For Neuvillette and Navia I kinda get the whole uncle thing. Though the way Navia sometimes points at flaws feels more like something you’d say to someone you’d have a bit of tension with. Either way I don’t mind. It just what it feels like to me.
I totally predicted his character tbh. Like, I knew he was going to be alexithymic or something. Like, impartial Justice vs Individuality dilemma is written across his face. The interesting thing is, however, in details. It was fun and had depth, just... a little predictable
I felt so bad for him when he apologised over and over again. I just want to give Neuvillette a big hug, he's literally only ever trying to help
Me too😭

it's raining because he is sad 🥲

His story quest is even sadder. Like bruh..i didn't know the Melusines past is so dark. And Neuvillete just wants to protect them.
Damn bro, they were once best friends, Callas helped build the Aquabus line
Is that why there is a Navia line
So he was mourning for days after that talk with Navia😢
Is it me or did I hear Poisson as croissant?

They both kinda give romantic feeling or chemistry and they look good together i can see why they remind of romantic novel scenes🙄😌
