Would love food info for Hashimoto's and MCAS. After toxic mold exposure, tried "candida diet" but low histamine seems to work for MCAS. But then with MCAS you keep getting allergic to more and more foods until you can calm down your nervous system, so as you live on your few "safe" foods and try to supplement with vitamins, life just gets more complicated and hard to manage.
