My got the same thing from p80builder and my ejector catches on the back plate a little a little wiggle will get the slide over the ejector big is it causing problems?
I think the trigger bar was making it so the slide needed to be wiggled like you said. I ground down the bump on the gen 4 trigger bar they sent me and no wiggle needed. And I had a lot of rounds on it before I ground down the bump , no problem then and still no problems after .I also filed the back plate a little but I'm sure it's the gen 4 trigger bar with the bump making it do that.
