- got what i think is the best looking compensator on the market.so why not see if it works and how it shoots. i was not disappointed. the company says go with a 13 pound recoil spring so i went with a 15 pound,lol had to test it out . and yes the 15 pound spring worked with the larger locking ring, witch reduces the port size so less compensating. i then installed the 13 pound spring and had no problem using the comp with the smaller locking ring(largest porst size most compensating). awesome comp great quality only one like it on the market right now looks are killer. its the killer innovations comp.
The real benefit of a comp is that the hotter your loads are, the more effect the compensator has. This means that if you shoot 115 gr std pressure ammo at the range, and 124 gr +P+P+P+++ ammo for self-defense, the comp will make the 124 gr +P+P+P+++ ammo feel more like your 115 gr. This is really nice in these troubled times when it's hard to find ANY self-defense ammo, much less sufficient quantities to allow you to practice with it.
Love killer innovations. Im working on a gen 5 19 right now. Got the slide, magwell and plus 5 extension. I just need the barrel and i think ill be done
My favorite Glock build is my killer innovations build love it so much I’m making a second one for the wife! I have pretty much everything they make for the 19 on my Gen 3 and I get asked about that gun more then any other! They make some wicked products!

I’m really liking my killer innovations threaded barrel on my g45. Been looking for a small comp to complete my build, but that giant thing is not great looking. Shoots pretty good though🤙
Seriously considering this for my Glock build it’s all black and gold as well and am currently running a gold fluted faxon barrel being from Cincinnati I put them in all my glocks and I’m always wondering how well different comps will fit on a faxon barrel and this looks to fit nicely I’m eternally this and a gold agency I guess I’ll have to flip a coin 🤣

What’s the lengths on the gold barrel and the length on the Faxon barrel?
At the end...it reminds me of GetShorty and Danny Devito pulls the desert eagle 50 pustol with exaggerated sight, chrome and drops the mag.. Lol
Have you tried a 15lbs spring?
Will this fit on a Glock 19X or a Gen 5 Glock? I think it would look better since the frame is a G17 and slide is 19.

Nice video! Question for ya; I'm using this same comp on my glock 19, but also have the killer innovations slide, barrel, trigger, and their 13lb spring. Honestly, I'm always having failures to eject, or failure to go back into battery. Kind of sucks cause I love how it feels when it works! Also do you have a holster for your setup? I cannot find a good holster to fit with the compensator, and the inforce aplc anywhere. Thanks!
If you are having failures make sure the recoil spring is flat wire and not round. A few years ago I had the same problems with the round type. And I make all my holsters it's pretty easy and you can make them fit and have the retention you want.
Tier 1 concealed makes holsters for this comp. I use it daily with the comp

I bought one for my polymer 80 but it is now letting me pull the slide back any suggestions on how to fix this problem
You may have gotten the wrong generation of comp. P80's are gen3 compatible, a gen 4 or 5 has a slightly different recoil system with different sizes and dimensions, this could possibly cause your issue

I’m making another one Just like it for my wife but changing the colors on the second one and the only thing holding the build up for her is I really need a tin gold threaded barrel help me get my hands on one of these please 🙌🏻 it’s been out of stock every time I try to order lol

Are those knock off RMRs worth the price?
I only have one knock of rmr and it's not bad in terms of it holds zero and the battery lasts a long time. But I would not trust my life with it. so in my carry gun I use a real rmr.
I got a Holosun 407a for $160 and its go to war worthy.
