First Custom Turret In Survival Space Engineers - Nomadic Survival #15

Hello Everyone and welcome to Space Engineers, with a series called nomadic survival, this is a solo series where I have to survive the hostile threats of Pertam. In this video build a custom turret in order to defend the base from enemy drones and ships.

You can increase the range of the turret without mods just use normal AI blocks on the grid (flight,offensive)
They will Auto lock on the Target
All the weapons will be able to shoot at their maximum given range
Works for small and large grids

true but that requires a player to lock a ship, i want them to work without anyone needing two doing anything

@@quantumchief they will do it themself if you just keep the AI of both blocks enabled

may need to do some more testing but i haven't been able to do this?

I'm pretty sure you should double-check the repair projector for the "keep projection" option, it's off by default. Otherwise, it is a lovely build & I can't wait to see a bunch lay into something 😃👍

yea, took me a bit to work that one out, but yes its on and i also want too see the hillside lined with them
