    I'm suffering more with anxiety ,by searching internet,everybody saying it is due to dysregulated nervous system.Bt, I don't know what is dysregulated means?
    What is regulated means?
    How to become anxious free ?
    Please guide me 🙏🏼

      Hi, Karthika, I am sorry to hear that. Have you listened to the meditations on my channel? They help you regulate your nervous system. Take your time to do the meditations and let me know how you experience them. Also become aware what triggers the anxiety in you (for example listening to very aggitated speakers in online videos can actually be triggering to your nervous system, so be mindful about what you consume with your mind).
