Big hugs! I also have severe anxiety around dental work 😢 it’s so awful.
My dentist is really understanding. She offers me fidget squish balls and will numb my mouth and offer me gas too. Even then my anxiety is still barely managed.
I truly hope it’s sorted for you asap!

I can feel your anxiety! I had to have SEVEN major surgeries after a root canal that went horribly wrong! Long story short, he killed the main nerve in my face. Worse pain in my entire life combined. I'm glad you're good now. Love your thought process videos. Lots of inspiration! Thank you! ❤

@erinclancy7589 Yes, I lost 5 years of my life, and my face will remain numb on the right side permanently, but thanks to understanding and doctors that didn't give up, the pain is now bearable 9 years later.

I HAVE had bad experiences …being told I “shouldn’t feel pain right now” during procedures. When I very much DID feel pain. Nothing is worth than being told how YOU feel. Luckily I found a great dentist. Introverted. Patient. Kind. Just what I need.

I have the worst anxiety about the dentist!...from just having someone so up close and in your face and mouth to any type of procedure that needs to be done.. ive actually had a couple back ones pulled because I was so scared of a root canal, omg anxiety isnt even the word. Definitely feel your pain girl ❤

So firstly ur editing is incredible. I really enjoy how professional.and pleasing it is. Second I HATE the dentist too lol. I've had 5 root canals and the minute I get any tooth pain my anxiety goes thru the roof. I hope u feel better soon chic. I'm so jealous of ur hair. The volume and that curl is so beautiful. I have such dental anxiety. I know I need to go as 2 fillings fell out over last 2 years and I never went. I know I have a cavity in whats left of the tooth and I am terrified. Why can't they just knock us out!!
Great vlog Tahlia and you're definitely not alone when it comes to Dentist visits I also stress something chronic...also I stress with surgery when I recently had my knee replacement surgery I even contracted my ex about my house etc if something went wrong...needless to say nothing went wrong lol...thank you for sharing xo 💜💅💜

@TaliasNailStudio definitely Talia my daughter who lives with me has full blown panic attacks and her heart race's...breathing slowly and counting seems to help but she learnt other techniques as well xo 💜
Did you know sometimes people with ADHD have a problem at the dentist being numbed takes longer or sometimes doesn’t work! Just found that out yesterday cause it never works for me and I go throu some much pain with fillings! That goodness never had a root canal! Hope it gets better !
Oh my gosh. No I never knew this! I even “felt” the tools as some of the freezing was coming out 😢 bah! It’s so stressful

The paint doesn't dry... it cures with UV Light, so as long as there is no light penetrating it, it SHOULD be fine, so here is hoping ha ha. But Saran Wrap would totally work to help it from spilling?

Sounds like a root canal is needed. Every time I have a filling replace I need a root canal 🙌🏼🤷🏻♀️. 🥺
Like why do they even bother replacing them if you end up needing a root canal anyway... bah!
Tfs..I'm so freaked out with a dentist..had a couple bad experiences..I layed n the chair for 3 hours while they tried to pull a tooth..ended up leaving with it and had to wait 3 days to get it pulled with another dentist..it was sitting on the top of my gum..lol..tfs

It’s an ikea Kallax unit with polish racks in it
So I actually created a gel palette about a year ago. I used the same box but different design. Unfortunately, the case isn’t air tight as a normal gel bottle or pot is. So after awhile a lot of the gel started thickening. Alot
Dang! Usually it’s just light that causes it to cure not air, so we will see
@@TaliasNailStudio it didn’t really cure. Just turned into a super thick unworkable gel. It’s hard to explain but I was pretty disappointed. It did take some time for it to change though. I’m thinking of making a new one but with less gel this time. It may have been the brands too. Good luck with yours.

When was the last time you had a filling? I haven’t felt any pain after. The only pain I recall is the novacaine needle when I had a cavity on my eye tooth. Maybe I have a higher pain tolerance l, but I also don’t have any fear or anxiety for the dentist.
I had the filling that needed the root canal done on in December, there was no pain before the filling, then ive had paint ever since because the filing aggravated the root so bad :(
Also, I wish ha ha. I wish I didn't have fear or anxiety about it, that would be a dream ha ha
Yikes. Sounds like you are extra sensitive to mouth pain. Ask for real pain killers next time. Taking a bunch of ibuprofen isn’t ideal.

I understand having anxiety around the Dentist. When I was probably 11 or so, my mom told the dentist to pull out one of my baby teeth that just wouldn't come out. We tried pulling it and nothing. He said he wouldn't and that it would come out on its own... Yeah, that didn't happen. I ended up having to have the last 3 baby teeth pulled. The dentist who would not pull the tooth, also told the assistant to hold me down while looking at my teeth. My mom said no, and thankfully it didn't happen. I have a fear of being held down.
Years later, I ended up having to have braces because of that... We thankfully switched dentists. However i still hate the dentist and i am in my early 20s. Same with the eye doctor..... the eye doctor told me that i didn't need to wear my glasses all the time. when in reality, taking them off, made me sick. as i have problems with my eyes.
Your anxiety is understandable.... Hope your tooth feels better!
