Nice thinking (and great job) with the Grasshopper wheel design. I was stumped on how to get Sand Scorcher rear wheels to fit on the bigger suspension assembly, so I just kept the stock wheels and tires. It's great to know there's another option out there! Awesome build! You've put new life into Grasshoppers and now the Holiday Buggy, too!
thank you! it took me a while on figuring out solution for putting the classic look tires. what I really wanted was to just transfer grasshopper wheel but that required longer axle or other somewhat wild solutions....^^
Wow, this is great! I love how you changed the wide stance of the DT-02 chassis to fit the grasshopper wheels. I was wondering would you be able to make a 3D print of what you did to your car and is it possible to 3D print the stat pattern grasshopper rims since I love the style of the original Grasshopper rims. I would be glad to pay you for your service and shipping to Oahu, Hawaii. Please let me know. Thank you so much!
Hi! yes I was always planning to do the orginal grasshopper pattern^^ I will let you know when that's done...please give me some time I am really busy in the office due to year end closing ;-(
@@HumbleVintageRC Hello, thank you so much! I really appreciate it! Please take your time. Honestly, I think you should do this as a side commission job for those people who want the narrow stance of the original Holiday buggy. You have done such a great job on your HB. Looking forward to seeing the 3D printed Grasshopper rims. Again, thank you so much! Let me know if there any other way to contact you maybe via email. Thank you!
Thank you Christ! I have just completed modifiying the design to original star pattern wheels^^ do let me know if you want to proceed! Would be nice to know if you have any preferred color for your wheel and arms!
Hi there, awesome video man, it looks amazing 🤩. Any chance you could sell me a set of 3D printed arms and wheels for my DT02 Holiday Buggy, and I will happily cover the postage costs as well. That was genius how you set about doing it. 😎👍👍👍🇬🇧
thank you for your interest! I can certainly print them but my experience tells me the postage to GB from Korea is pretty high! (it was around 30~40 USD). If you are willing to cover that, I can certainly send them to you^^ let me know if you are ok ^^
@@mikeymike3240 if yoi are ok to go, then let me know your preferred color for arms and wheels👍 I have black white yellow and blue. Allow me some time for printing and shipping and please expect around 50~60 depending one the shipping price confirmed at shipping😎
