Goblin and Orc are interchangeable terms in the Tolkien world. Only the Peter Jackson movies make something of a distinction, but even then they’re just a sub-species of Orc.
What is Tom Bombadill? Not Maya since they are affected by the magic rings. Not valar if i remember correct Morgorh made his own ring. And most important that all valar named none missing. But hi effect land and creatures with song. So could hi be nature itself? And in that case what would his relationship with radagast be then?
Correction, Uruk Hai are not a different race to Orcs. In reality they are actually Orcs as well with some minor differences though even those differences are not very consistent in Tolkien’s work so the term itself can be used for a wide range of orcs. Simply put Uruk Hai are just taller Orcs who can function at 100% in sunlight. Also Nazgûl are just men. They aren’t their own race
You said that the "Nazgul (or the 9) were created by Morgoth out of men", but I think they were created after the defeat of Morgoth... Sauron created the 9 rings for men, and this led to the corruption of the men who wore them and their transformation into nazgul (hence "ring wraiths").
One small BUT HUGE nitpick here: Numenorians are NOT simply men. They are THEIR OWN RACE of men/elf. Elrond and his brother, Elros were born of Earendil and Elwing, both parents being half elf and half man. The strongest Valar, Manwe granted Earendil and Elwing as well as their kin the choice to choose their end: like man or elf and thus seal their fate (return to the west OR die as a mortal). This was a reward for finding Valinor and being the first mortals to ever step foot there on behalf of man and elf, asking assistance for the fight against Morgoth in middle earth. Both Elwing and Earendil chose to live immortal lives akin to elves, as did their son Elrond, but Elros chose the fate gifted to men. Thus Elros started the line known as Numenorians and the Dunedine (royal bloodline of Numenor). That is why Numenorians live lengthy lives still as they have elvish bloodlines. They share the same fate as men, BUT they are not quite men. They are a separate breed still. Also, Dwarves too have a separate fate. They are never to die as is the gift of men nor go west as the elves do. They return to the dirt and rock from whence they were made.
Orcs and goblins are different names for the same race just that the movie the hobbit an unexpected journey made it seem like goblins were their own race
