Feels like Kevin's deal is best. You partner with a global company and go with licensing, your market is gonna be 100x bigger than all these individual copartnerships combined. But hard to argue with getting 3 sharks on board
Yea but then you lose all your values. And before you say values don't matter when it comes to money, it does, and Kevin doesn't understand that. The same people backing this company right now and supporting it/buying overpriced bandaids are doing it to support small businesses, they would not buy it if it was owned by j&j.
I kinda feel that 3 sharks is kinda a scam, cause you get a situation of waters too crowded. the IP of this brand is the most important and its a very good IP, you are right in what you saying. I would have gone with kevin for 10% less ahaha
I disagree, I think having 3 sharks who are experts in their own respective fields is a massive plus, especially Lori who alone is a retail mogul and can get the ball rolling with major effect. But hey, they closed the deal so kudos to them 🔥

@dmondle Kevin is not in this space. He talks a big game about how he would flip the company to a major rival in the market, but if it was that easy these entrepreneurs would be doing this already. New negotiations with another bandage retailer would involve cutting more people in to the total equity of their business, they would have to lower their bottom line and agree to new contracts or terms of operation. This 3 shark deal is much better, Mark Cuban gave them a clear path of how he can accomplish getting them in to the market that they want; schools, hospitals, sports medicine. Why give Kevin 15% so he can sell your business to someone else and further decrease your equity? For 25% they got more money, all the help they need from these other 3 sharks, and an easier path to success.

Working in the service industry, our bandages are blue, neon green, bright pink etc. because we need to be able to see if our bandages fall into the food we’re serving. I would not buy this. just my two cents

Well i see some problems with this :
1) anything that is based on a social cause dosent last more that five years.
2) the margin is not enaigh to go on retail with 74% they will have to raise the price point to 5,08 retail in order to go to retail cause distributors wont sell under 100% markup.
Would have gone with Kevin. Get one of the big players to buy them out and they're set for life.

I was skeptical at first. When you get your first bandage that actually matches your skin tone it's honesty a really good feeling.
I'm white and even the "white" skin tone bandages that have been around forever don't match my skin. In fact, very few white people have the skin tone to match those bandages However, I NEVER cared that they didn't match. I'm not going to get all emotional over a bandage.

Every race is represented with this product. Other than clear bandages most bandages focus on the white race. You should ask Major brands that question, this one took race out of it.
