I don't think I've ever seen anyone get offers from ALL THE SHARKS before .. amazing.
It's happened a few times, but these guys are probably one of the most solid businesses that's already going in the right direction year after year.

Straight equity was a no brainer, Mark is the only one rich enough to give them the million (no loan). They got what they wanted at a 20 million valuation, slightly higher than their projected sales on that year.

this store already exist in Indonesia, I think Ace hardware indonesia bought the license from them and selling their products with chatime (most popular taiwanese drinking brand) so chatime and cupbop sold in the same store

Just go to a real korean restaurant near you and spent more but eat better quality true authentic korean food or your bulgogi than eating from these guys.

They have $18 million revenue and the one guy is a professional investor. This is not who should be coming in Shark Tank. This show is for people who have great products but not enough knowledge or resources to scale.
Being an investor means you probably understand the financial side of business very well, it doesn't necessarily mean you know how to run or scale a business.
It's too boost and scale. They have 27 store established. They need bigger people if they want to scale faster
A lot of companies come into the show for publicity rather than looking for an investment
This pitch is my Roman Empire. I think about it once a week and watch this like every 2 weeks. Such a good presentation

Please bring this to Australia, especially Perth, we have a huge range of food, Korean BBQ is one of the most popular and with the KDogs on the menu if you had 3 different types of those (traditional, cheese and gochujang or something), you would be huge. Especially if you opened in East Victoria Park, Perth CBD and Fremantle, possibly even West Leederville.

3% for 1 million with over 18 million in sales. For 3% company is worth over 30 million but makes 18 in a year. Company should be worth 100 million. 😁👏👏

Without hindsight of seeing what the company is doing today, not taking the 5 mil offer for only an extra 3% compared to Mark's offer is insane. I guess they really just wanted country wide publicity and not that huge wad of cash.

Not to disrespect but the food menu in Cupbob is nothing special. It's just Korean food localized to cater Americans and non-Koreans more. I used to live in Hawaii and they have something similar to this called Yummy Korean BBQ restaurant where you can dine in or take out. The concept is pretty similar to Cupbob but way better
