This house is an absolute stunner! I would love to live in a place like this. It's so upsetting that they are going to demolish it. And I don't care if the front door is outdated, I'd love to have it!!! Great explore Ethan!
What a winner Ethan....this home is absolutely beautiful....love the arches and the stone. The front door is killer....great job showing this one. Two thumbs up!
What a gorgeous home!! You're right, what a shame! It makes me cringe every time I watch one of your videos where a beaut is about to be destroyed. Thank God you got the chance to document these houses prior to their demise! Another awesome one down in the books!! Great job Ethan!! ❤️❤️❤️
That is an absolutely amazing home I really wish they would have saved more of it. As you were saying about the front doors being outdated to some people. I don't care if they be outdated or not they're absolutely amazing and should be saved. Some people especially antiquers love outdated things. Especially if they're remodeling a home and want to take it back to the original date. They may try to find things from the same era. They really should think about that kind of stuff
Wow thanks Ethan for another epic adventure. This is another home worth saving because its so beautiful. I love the dark wood framing around the doors and windows , the spiral staircase , gorgeous floors , rock walls gave it the look of an old world castle and the curved walls. I think the sunroom where you started must have been added on later or just enclosed . It's with sadness to see it up for demolition. I really appreciate the tour today, thank you .God bless my friend .💝🙏😻
There are features there that were state of the art in the 80's. The Central Vac was a big deal then, the intercom access, the top grade materials, the custom double door (Probably hand carved) flagstone accent wall, you're right, the quality was first rate. bet the heating costs would be ballistic now. Good find, Ethan.
My parents house here in Memphis was built in 1974( we moved in in 1975) and it has an intercom system with a radio that every room could play , a central vacuuming system where you just plug your hose to the wall in each room and vacuum. It also featured a trash compactor and a built in counter top mixer. An amazing 4 bedroom house in the 70’s.
Love this one! The Round Window is so cool! I had a house built in the 1980’s and there was the dark trim. Everyone suggested painting it but I kept it entire time I owned it. At least the Basement was dry so not a total disappointment! It’s hard to believe house is a tear down 😭
Ethan you found a gem. This house was prettier than some of the modern day million $ homes. I'm absolutely in love with this hose. good job of showing all the details. love the front doors ahhhh....
I like the light and dark through out this house leaving a neutral background for all the pictures and artefact to decorate the walls. That stone wall by the stairs is superb especially as it curves. Lovely stairs down to nothing. Thanks for the video Ethan.
Hi Ethan. What a beautiful house. Love it. Woodwork is really nice. Basement is a bit disappointing. I think it that it sucks that this beautiful house is going for demolition. I'm mad too Ethan. What a waste. Awesome and take care.
OMG! Great house. What a shame no one updated the bathrooms and finished the basement to make it livable again. The stone/staircase entry is Da Bomb! The view looking down from upstairs is fantastic. The koi fish bowl in the kitchen is jade and very pricey. I can’t imagine leaving it behind. The wealthy have a different mindset. Great Explore Ethan. Really enjoyed it. 👍🏻😊
Hi Ethan, this house has one of the most beautiful foyers yet. I loved the mix of natural stone and wood. However being a basement person I was left dissapointed, I am heartbroken, no bar, no fireplace, no rec room. Oh well! Thanks for the tour!
Wow! This house has great bones!! Those doors are absolutely beautiful.... Thank you for documenting these beautiful homes. 40 years ago!! I was only five, but they just don't build homes the way they use to!!! Thank You again for your videos!! They are amazing!!!
Wow what a house! That entryway is gorgeous, all the woodwork is still in amazing condition, those wood floors💖 plus the front doors are awesome! Thanks for a great tour of a great place😊
Hi Ethan 👋 What another awesome place 😁 I’m loving this as well😎 The fireplace look nice 👍 There is stuff left behind ✌️I also love the chandler’s too 🤩 I’m loving the stairs too Ethan 😍 Have a wonderful day and night 😋
Cool Beans groovy house! The chimney in the sun room, didn't just store firewood it dried it as well. The vacuum in the garage was something they used to put in higher end homes; it was a vacuuming system. Each room in the house had an outlet connected to it so you only had to drag around a hose room to room. Good explore, cool house. Oh, and the 80s were cool; I was in my 20s it was a good time to enjoy life, not so many worries. ✌
Absolutely loved the stair case how it curved yes I was disappointed about the basement also I was wanting to see a bar or something but none the less it was a beautiful house thank you Ethan for showing us another amazing find😊😊😊
Hi Ethan, I wanted you to know I really like how respectful you are to the houses you go into. That thing with the fish on it looks like it's made out of jade. It's cool looking and worth some bucks. When you see "gold" colored it's brass. Take care and be safe out there. Love, Ramona
Gorgeous foyer! I loved all the dark wood doors but the front doors sure take the cake…stunning. I found all the archways to be an interesting effect too. Made the house more unique. Loved the tour Ethan.
Wow-this must be real deal Asian Mafioso. The colors, the details on the woodwork, and the graceful curves remind me of some things I’ve seen in China. I would love to have seen this home furnished in its heyday. What a treat this one was. Thanks!!
I absolutly LOOVE this, I came across your channel just like 2 weeks ago and I am obsessed already 😁 lol You make amazing videos and you sure found the Golden houses to explore. I love how you do both new and old houses... It is inspiering to se all those houses and details in their structures. And I love the... Whats up you guys in every mirror 😂 Hahahaha Thank you for sharing this with us 🙏 I will keep looking 😉💪
So sad such a beautiful home 🏡 is gonna be tore down!!! I would love to have thee front doors!! It breaks my 💔 to know they are tearing it down!! Denki Ethan, another beautiful home and great video!!!!🤩😉😁😁😁
That entry is wonderful. I like the central round window with the two rectangular windows on each side and the wood is quality, nothing cheap there. The wood trim is just how I would have it, natural, not painted. I like the staircase because it's beautiful, not in the middle of the room, but off to the side so that you come across it after you've entered the house. Those stone accent walls are just great, adding to the visual drama of the stairs. Too bad the kitchen's been dismantled but from what I see it had a good arrangement and I'd put rollaway shelves in those closets to serve as a pantry. Maybe that's what the owner did to make cleaning it easier. It looks to be a well built house with a good workable floor plan and a lot of nice little extra touches. Good video. Thanks.
What a fabulous house - I love everything in it!!! Love 80’s!!! I actually lived that time 🧐Just bought a little ranch house from 60’s that has same wood trim etc. Thanks for sharing this one 😎
I agree, this house is too nice to get torn down. It just needs a few touch ups, like the ceiling in the kitchen and new appliances. I'm I thought the same thing about a few houses you did.
What's up Ethan! Beautiful fireplace. At least they are reclaming , that's a good thing. Is that a Kosher sink? Beautiful chandelier. I love all the light fixtures. Ooo Beautiful front door and staircase. I love that stone. The wood floors are beautiful. Custom doors are so expensive. I have arch door ways in my house. I love them. Brass? What a gorgeous house.
Absolutely gorgeous!!! I would definitely live here… right now… as is!!! Yes, I would update, blinds & such! Loved, loved, loved the foyer, staircase, banister, master bed, bath & closet! The granite in the kitchen was breathtaking!!! I loved the stone interior!!! Yes, Ethan, I agree… the basement was a snoozefest!!! It needed a stone wall, fireplace, wet bar, game room & the goods👍❤️ It looks to be in good structural shape!!! Sad to see that this place is coming down 😞😰😢 Thank you for sharing this wonderful adventure with us Ethan 👍 I truly loved it ❤️💕😍
Hi Ethan, great find! I truly don’t understand why they’re going to tear it down. Okay, it had a water leak in the kitchen. That is easily fixed! Rehab it to modernize but to demolish it, sounds crazy!
What a show house, how can anyone think of demolishing such a beautiful house, with a little renovation, it would be perfect. Congratulations on the video 👍🤩🤩
Another great video thank you for persisting and getting to it. It's crazy houses, mansions getting demolished that aren't even 50 years old. I wonder what people 100, 150 years ago would think that as we have "advanced" things like houses and our transportation have become disposable in such a short time. Sort of if someone buys a 20k car and it doesn't make at least 100-150k miles they're furious. Then another buys a 200k Ferrari and people are amazed if it lasts to 80-100k miles.
Okay. First and foremost, I love your vids, and how you appreciate vintage architecture. That being said, this is the second video I’ve watched where you really could have benefited from an excellent flashlight. May I suggest you invest in a reliable O Light for future videos. That’s the only thing that lacks in your production. Kudos to your efforts. Love your work.
👋 Ethan....OMG..what an amazing house ....its absolutely beautiful...love all the arches, the brown trim ,hard woid floors .... ,that beautiful foyer with the doors ...houses were built to last then ,solid ...stunning find Ethan 👌💥...absolutely loved it thanks for showing 🙋♀️😘
I would absolutely love to live here! Those vases and other antiques are amazing! I hope someone is saving them and those doors I would use those in my home in a second!
Love the (back) sunroom - there are plenty of windows and doors to the backyard! I even like the light fixture - and normally in these huge places the light fixtures are gwardy!
Such a beautiful home Ethan ! The sun room would off been perfect for my cats. The parket flooring ,The front Door, the Brick, the Chandeliers, the trim should all be salvaged so sad
Hello from Germany. I love watching your videos so much. It‘s really sad to see that such beautiful homes will be demolished. I mean….. if there is a problem with black mold I would understand but so many houses you show are in such a good condition. I would love to own such a beautiful home und would renovate it but keep the style.
Wow,really nice house,I love the front doors and all the solid wood doors, really nice :) the sunroom was really nice to.The yellow toilets and tub were definitely 70's lol I hope some stuff gets salvaged and saved. It was weird to see a fireplace in the corner like that unless it was fake lol Anyway Cant wait to see the next coolest house you go to🏡😁🏎
Another great explore Ethan.Did you notice the unacceptablly lousy staining job on the lovely hardwood floors particularly in the upstairs bedrooms. This one is an A minus .I found the layout to be confusing but each to their own.
The dark molding around the windows is nice.....I too appreciate these doomed homes having things removed and used some where else.....Habitat for Homes is always needing building msterials.
Wow, nice place Ethan. That staircase and the stone foyer are really nice. Can't see why it's being torn down. It's a bit dated but still very livable. Thanks

He must have let his brother Guido be the architect. If anyone threw open the master bath door and you were on the potty it would break your legs! What is with the fireplace in the corner? 😂😂 Love your channel!!
I noticed the same. What an odd place for a toilet when there was plenty of space in that bathroom. And the fireplace in the corner - how would they decorate around it 🤣
I think the front door handles look like they had koi fish heads on them. What you call “trim” at the carpet’s edge we call “baseboard “ here. Loved the tour!
Maybe the description you're looking for was window frame? Gorgeous front door and entry hall. I'm the other way around, white trim and colour on the walls, all white is just very unwelcoming. In the master bathroom, who puts the toilet is directly behind the door? So sad to know it's being torn down.
The stained wood trim and the archways are just beautiful!! The staircase and front door is gorgeous!
So much quality to just be demolished!
This house is an absolute stunner! I would love to live in a place like this. It's so upsetting that they are going to demolish it. And I don't care if the front door is outdated, I'd love to have it!!! Great explore Ethan!

I’ve never seen more beautiful front doors. To think they might be destroyed actually makes me feel sick.
Another cool one!! I love the woodwork, design and floors. Whatever th eff y replace it with won't nearly have the character of this one.

That huge room with the white carpet and the chandelier was sooo pretty! Loved that light! ♡

Yes a very early 80’s house with some ‘99ish upgrades.
Thanks for sharing!!
Ethan you found a gem. This house was prettier than some of the modern day million $ homes. I'm absolutely in love with this hose. good job of showing all the details. love the front doors ahhhh....
Wow Ethan! This is such a cool older mansion. I always hate to see them go, but it is what it is. Thanks for the great tour. Stay safe. Love ya!
Hello Ethan what a beautiful home. Nice and big but a shame it’s gonna be torn down . Thank you for sharing have a great week 😊
I like the light and dark through out this house leaving a neutral background for all the pictures and artefact to decorate the walls. That stone wall by the stairs is superb especially as it curves. Lovely stairs down to nothing. Thanks for the video Ethan.

I LOVE this house…demolition?…what a waste…there is nothing wrong with this house…greedy developers😡
Who's home was it if you know
Why tear it down? There is lot land they can build somewhere else. That is so senseless!! And very sad

I love the doors! The front door is beautiful! Is funny how the master bath toilet was behind the door.
Such a beautiful place !! That front door should be saved. Thanks for a great tour..be safe😊😊🙏🙏
Love it! That front door was beautiful! and the stairway 😃
I hope folks are going to restore this beautiful place, not demolish it. Thank you for showing us around. Blessings to you. Stay safe.

Wow bet that was nice in its day...not to shabby...good one ethan...
Beautiful...I enjoy your videos
So absolutely devastating. I can imagine myself in all of these. Even loving the idea of revamping.
This is really cool house for its age. I love the front door! You’re right that basement was really a disappointment.
Ty, I LOVED IT TOO. ETHAN
The hand carved front doors are awesome
Cool video. Thank you for not hitting the camera in your intro! 😀 It seems like every Urbex RUclipsr does that for their intro. Anyway, great video, thank you!

The entrance way had me at HELLO!! Lol
