I Love Jaguars. There is something so special about these automobiles! As I stated on another site My first exposure was a 66 XKE Roadster white with blue leather interior. Both hard top for winter and soft top for summer. The exhaust sound - heavenly!! Jaguar = Class, Elegance, and Beauty! My future wife said I was obsessed with that car (we were in High School). I advised “of Course! It’s a Jaguar!” She said she could compete against another woman, but a CAR?” Exactly!!!!
That exhaust has such a unique note, I was very surprised when I heard it because I’ve never heard anything like it, it fits the car very very well. Great review!
The bottom on the rear bumper doesn’t complement the rear IMHO,it might have function but not form. The front end was nice up until the 2017 model then they started to tinker with perfection.

Don't care what anyone says, I love the chrome trim around the windows. It's a bit of a Jaguar trademark and it really makes the shape stand out. I'd buy this above any of the others mentioned, there's just something a Jag has that you can't build into a car in any factory.
I have owned 9 Jaguars and although they all had their imperfections there was a “feel great factor” that I could never find in any other brand... I wish that I could say that about other aspects of my life!
I own a 2015 F Type R Coupe AWD and I've had it since it was a year old. Absolutely amazing car... but when the new model came out looking all sleek and rounded I thought "Ugh, hell no." I much preferred the more aggressive front end on my own model. But I have to admit (reluctantly) that the new shape is starting to grow on me. Slowly... I prefer the new models interior for sure. But the new cleaner shape is starting to look real good...

Dark blue metallic with ivory contrast interior & flat-bottomed wheel...best colour by a distance in the metal; my first 2016 F-type was this colour scheme but I upgraded to a 2018 400 Sport in silver early last year; sure silver looks fantastic...but damn, _that_ blue!
Hmm, let's see......Three memory setting for the driver's chair? , ah, NO!, two too many. Only one setting needed for the driver of this baby, for if one is an owner, not even the Mrs would get to drive it. For the passenger seat however, of course three memory settings would be most agreeable, to cater to those three other sweet young consultants you need to entertain individually if you're a bachelor, and if married, then sadly, one setting has to be kept for the Mrs. Yeah, for some of us, in our dreams.....Absolutely awesome vehicle Joe, loved the exhaust note, thanks for sharing...

In regards to electric air vent motors failing inevitably in time, just go into menu and turn those off, just use the floor vents and top vents. That way the elettic motors arent used and will last forever. I use them occasionally

My only grips are that I don't think the transmission as good as my 2014 Porsche 911 PDK (which was my daily driver before this car) and NAV/Entertainment I think is terrible for a $113k car (but looks like they fixed some of the issues on the 2021 version).
everybody says “oh get a c8 way cheaper more performance... lol actually no, if you want a clean spec and as nice of an interior and features as that jag, ur looking at 100k for a 3LT not to mention dealer markups r upping msrps by 10-15k at least!! production is cut off
I'm zonking it because of no spare tire!!!! I'm so tired of all of these high dollar exotics not having spares. They say they are "saving weight". The way I see it is that all they are doing is saving 💰!!!! It's cheap and I don't like it. That kind of money and I EXPECT a spare!!!! Great review Joe 👍

if you've ever driven any f type you'd know that sure they are fun but they feel very harsh, the materials very hard, feels like a two door xf (which is still a smoother feel in the interior) just a lot of hard plastics which isn't a compliment, hopefully they improved on this
Honestly I don't like the design of the previous F-Type gen. But this newly redesigned F-Type just caught my attention. The body proportion is well preserved with the new redesigned F-Type reminds me of the body of a cat/jaguar. Really wanna buy one one day 👌🏻👌🏻

I have a 2016 R...AWD. I have had 2.5 years and love it! Amazing car and much sexier than Corvette. Rides great as daily driver. Great value compared to porsche and Ferrari....
Did you have active exhaust OFF? Because it should have been way angrier than that. I test drove a Type R back in 2014 and I'll never forget how wicked those cackles and pops were. I'm wondering if they toned it down since then?
