You are totally right! I was confused since the S7 with technically the same engine has the 7-speed S-Tronic, this one it seems to be the 8-speed tiprtronic due to the torque. Thanks!
I'm not keen on the rear end of this car, but damn, this amount of power and AWD. It's going to be insanely fast. I love it.

Same with me. The first time I saw an A7, I didn't like it. But then i saw it more and loved it. The back looks pretty cool to me now. Better than BMW's funky looking Gran Coupe

Audi should do a sport/coupè version of the RS7 based on Maserati Granturismo (intended as in dimensions, price category and overall look) in order to compete also in that category but without interfering with the R8's. It would look amazing: a wider, shorter and lower RS7.

You have an S7? Go and look up goapr.com and find their page about the Audi 4.0TFSI ECU upgrade. You get something like 560 horsepower out of your S7 after the upgrade without doing any modifications. It is just a ECU remap/upgrade computer stuff.
first off i am a bmw fan and owner of the 640i Gran Coupe but come on dont kid your self this is a great german automobile looks great and probably drives better

Money, price tags, financial prowess vary widely. M5 and M6 Grand Coupe feel good to drive. The steering in most Audi's is pretty numb.
More than 80k for sure, most likely significantly more.
Of course AMG cars rock. However, horsepower is just part of the package. Style, fit and finish are as well. In my opinion-this 14 RS7 has the best total package. I currently own a Benz- 2010 S65 V12, over 600hp and love it-but this will replace it soon. Audi is def getting the attention of the luxury sport crowd in a hurry. Again, just my 2 cents, well actually a lot more than that, lol

IMO, If Audi wanted to compete aggressively against the M3 / new M4, they would have included TFSI on their RS engines.

And as regards to how it drives, I'll say on paper Audi's are great, but the steering in Audi's is pretty numb, leave the R8. I should know, I owned an RS5 for awhile.
