10 Kickboxing Combinations with Footwork and Kicks
    1. Jab
    2. Jab Cross
    3. Jab Cross Left Hook
    4. Jab Cross Left Hook Cross
    5. Jab Cross Left Uppercut Cross Left Hook
    6. Cross Left Hook Cross
    7. Left Hook Cross Left Hook
    8. Right Uppercut Hook Cross
    9. Left Uppercut Cross Right Hook
    10. Overhand Right Left Uppercut Cross
Whatever combination your hands end with, go to that angle. For example, if you’re in orthodox stance and throw a jab cross left hook cross combination, you will push off your left leg to the right and strike at that angle.
Another detail is whatever punch you end with, the kick comes from the opposite. If it’s a jab cross combination, then go for a lead roundhouse kick.

she leans in too much when throwing hooks and uppercuts. She also swings to wide (sometimes) and don't move hips with movements. She needs to keep her balance or also known was gravity center plus pivoting and moving hips while throwing hooks and uppercuts at the same time. It will help her to punch faster and stronger. Plus her defense will be more solid since she will have enough time to react and block if needed during a counter. Otherwise, I love the combos.

Cant be the only one who’s annoyed by the girl not stretching her arm with her jabs and stands way to close, also makes turning in the punch inefficient

To be fair, she had only been training for a few months at this point. She was doing me a favour to make the video so let's not be too hard on her; btw she won her first fight this same year!

Wait, do you think us catching the punches on our gloves is supposed to be a proper defensive guard? Cuz it’s not. It’s like a like a focus mitt drill.

@@FirstStrikeAthletics it should be closer to your head though. Your partner should be able to train as realistic as possible

Why is it that the combinations don’t follow an even more basic sequence like Ljab Rcross Lhook Rhook Luppercut-Ruppercut is it easier to form bad habits I’m assuming
