Why is it that the combinations don’t follow an even more basic sequence like Ljab Rcross Lhook Rhook Luppercut-Ruppercut is it easier to form bad habits I’m assuming
I only mean to help with this and please do know that I appreciate the information relayed in the video, but please try to implement teaching and practicing bringing your shoulders up and glued to the sides of your chin when you punch as to avoid getting counter overhanded or over crossed from the same direction. Other than that, Great job!
I have noticed that when I follow the right hand with a left kick, I am often bunched up and can’t get a full kick in or I end up hitting with my upper shin, I can’t seem to find a consistent way to stay away from that or how to move properly to make room for my left kick after a right hand. she leans in too much when throwing hooks and uppercuts. She also swings to wide (sometimes) and don't move hips with movements. She needs to keep her balance or also known was gravity center plus pivoting and moving hips while throwing hooks and uppercuts at the same time. It will help her to punch faster and stronger.
