If they would have came here to play and not to turn everything into a circus (half of the games they played were organised by Lamar and they were playing basically against school teams) they could have learned a lot playing in a professional league against a grown up men. Lithuanian league is not the steongest in Europe, but half of the teams could compete with G league teams. So potential to learn was there, but instead they made a show putting basketball aside.

He probably should've just played in the UK. He'd probably be making $250k/year or so now, which sounds like nothing compared to NBA money, but he'd have solid employment, development, and will have earned a few million by this point. Even if he never made it to the NBA, it'd be hard to argue that he completely screwed up his life with his career choices, as was done. It's hard to make money playing ball, especially if you're not playing ball... If he became the face of the British league, like Marbury in China, would anyone say he screwed himself? No... he will have had a career and endorsements with plenty of money, fame, and a nice legacy. Who cares if it's literally in the NBA or not?

Zo and melo being on different teams and resigning with the teams blackballed Gelo. Lonzo played dirty resigning instead of taking a pay cut to play with melo which would have got gelo in there. So now Zo saying he can’t make the nba when it’s partly cause he didn’t want to go to the hornets. Now you got the money but injured all the time. I feel like out of all the 3 brothers, LiAngelo listened to his dad the most, and Lavar said that the middle one was his favourite. This was his downfall. His Dad gave him the worst advice and he listened to his dad the most. LaMelo listened to his dad the least, and that's why he's the best one, least injury prone, and is going to be the most successful. Your parents love you and want what's best for you but I've learned that they more times than they care to admit , they don't know what's best for you.

I never liked Lavar Ball… His brash personality bothered me. But, lots of respect… As a dad, he did right by his boys and set them up well to get into the NBA. Sadly for Lonzo, he can’t stay healthy. Still rooting for Lonzo
