Thank you Taro for your calm presence! My neck definitely feels better. Now I'm more aware of the tension in my scapula and my hips but I'm on the right path now. Bless you!

I'm too focused on my 'clicks' when I stretch my neck
I sleep on a heating pad
I think since my stroke which affected my left side
And my cautious brain reacts as if my left hand and arm is injured and I'm constantly retracting my left shoulder
I have to often consciencely remember to relax my left shoulder
One way when I walk I place my left hand on my lower back where my hand and brain feels protected
    Always appreciate your videos Taro
