I know the feeling of not having to make car payments anymore. I bought a new 370z sport coupe in Nov 2018 and made payments for 3 years, until Dec 2021. With the addition of additional sources of income and reduced car insurance payments, I'm planning to complete the list of mods I wanted to make on this car. Being a retired physicist and life long gearhead, I followed the technical aspects of supercharging the Z and your experience with it with interest.
Good to see you back. Congrats on the house and the nephew. Look forward to hearing your options on the new Z. You’re my go to guy regarding Z modifications.

Also your vids have been helping a lot as I’m in the process of doing a stillen kit with air to air. I’m just waiting on cjm 1SE to come in and I can start. The whole fuel system thing is really stressin me out lol watched your fuel pump vid a few times now
If you have any questions man just let me know, the fuel system is definitely the most complex part of the whole build.

Congrats on the new house and finally paying off your car. Been watching your channel for a long time. I really wanted to boost my G37x coupe but the steering wheel lock failed on me and I ended up crashing it. So, I rebuilt it, sold it, and moved on to the Qx70. I love it but am missing my G tbh. I think I'm going back to a coupe soon I'm not really sure yet but I really want to. I just need to finish preparing myself for dental school haha. Gonna either get an R35, m4, or a 370z/g37 coupe. It's good to have you back tho.
Looking forward to watching you pump out new content with the Z.

Man, I've been wanting that supercharger setup for so long now. I've got $15k put back for it but the new Z is also keeping me divided. Do a post if you're ever in San Antonio, would love to see your car in person!
Was debating going to Nismo Fiesta last weekend but was too busy, definitely find myself in SA usually once a year.
And as far as the New Z vs Supercharger debate, guess it depends on what you want. The VQ has more potential, but the New Z I think will make for a better, more updated daily driver.
(But an SC would be 'cheaper' :p)

The new Z is going to cost around $50,000 to drive it out of the dealership doors. Figure prep, destination charge, tax, insurance and all they try to push extra.
You need to remove that air bag warning sticker on the visor you can just heat gun it off I did it on both mine worked great

Not sure what you mean by why I bought it, I just love the 370Z styling, great power from stock, and all at a reasonably affordable price. Wanted a sports car out of college and that's what I got.
Glad to see you back! Have you ever considered racing your Z? I love autocrossing my G37. It's cheap, fun, and low risk.
I definitely want to, I need to stop making excuses and get out for an autox event, though I suspect I would actually do better in the sentra's category, haha. The Z would be better suited for a track day, I just haven't gotten around to it because I have been focused on other content.

Hey man dumb question, if I ran a 450lph in the stock pump housing, cutting out the oem filter, but ran a radium secondary setup with a 450lph, would there be a need for a fuel filter?
Yes, unless you are adding in an in-line filter with the radium setup, you should maintain a fuel filter in the factory housing.
@@thecarizon504 hmm... is there room in that cramped area for an inline filter? what if i did a 340lph in the stock area and then a 450lph in the radium tank?

Quinn Topguns 100%, I have a review video to give more details but it boils down to:
Topguns makes more power, is easier to install, and is more cost effective than the other 2 options. The only negative point I have ever had about top gums is because he is a smaller operation, lead times had been long, but I heard that he has caught up on orders and has inventory available.

I'm missing why you Uninstalled the Tomei differential, what you have installed now?
I have a Quaife diff installed now, I was getting tires of the noise and aggressive lockup that comes with the Tomei.

As a personal note, I don't think the new Z is a good value in comparison to a 370Z that is in good condition and is running well. The new Z is about 200 lbs heavier and style wise, a very subjective consideration, is not as nice looking as the 370Z. The two main things that I would have addressed on the 370Z would be the need for a larger displacement engine, with possibly higher compression, and a reduction in weight. I'd rather invest that money in a Z that I currently have to achieve those goals rather than to splurge on a new car that is only marginally better in some areas at best. Just my 0.02 worth.
