@@yarpen26 It's a possibility. Some Star Wars fans know the legacy better than others. At work I saw a bumper sticker that said "Mara Jade is my canon". My friend told me his favorite villain was Thrawn.
The quality of the channel is absurd. Particularly for the amount of content it’s able to put out. A serious gold standard for me, as it ought to be for many creators.
When it first aired I fell in love with the concept they chose to go with. I love when these types of crossovers further the plot of the original source material in a way that fills in gaps to give the illusion that it could be canon or not. Robot Chicken has some really funny moments and even though I don't watch Family Guy anymore I did love their take on it too, but extending the medium like this is just a-mazing.

To be fair there allowed to have fun that's what the original movie was about before star wars canon was a thing. Now you can't do anything without someone complaining that Yoda's left ass cheek wasn't shown to be purple in comic number 534.
This makes me think you should the mandalorion at some point, I seriously think it's the best canon star wars story told since arguably the prequels. Plus bby Yoda
Baby yoda isnt funny and a lot of people find it ugly and I have friends who were turned off from the show because of people like you who act like the show has nothing other than baby yoda to carry it. Also baby- it is one character there was no need to shorten itq
@@nivenisrael1565 you seem like a lot of fun to be around -_- Obviously there's more to the show then bby Yoda, with that part being a joke. The fact that there is more to it is why I suggested he should cover it. The Mandalorion i think is a well crafted plot and premise filled with interesting characters and good design elements (costumes and set) the latter two being its strongest elements. It pays homage to the star wars films before it but also stands on its own as its own story. It plays off the "spaghetti western" style with a buddy cop feel to it mixed in. It's basically a well crafted sundae and bby Yoda is the cherry on top.
@@nivenisrael1565 The purpose of Baby Yoda, other than cuteness and maybe plot, is to diametrically oppose the unsensitive, non-nurturing, violent, and standd-off-ish character of Mando. It forces a character who excels in fighting to have to grow in other ways: the galaxy's most intense babysitting. He doesn't carry the show, but he's an essencial and necessary element to it. If you don't like that, that's fine; but don't be upset that we enjoy it.
The only reason to watch the show is the scene where two storm troopers have captured baby yoda and are just chill’n on their speeder bikes. It’s just hilarious.

Nocturnal Panda it’s so simple, it’s called plot armor. Storm troopers were one of the best soldiers in Star Wars. But of course you can’t kill the main characters in the middle of the movie.
@@randomguy8228 The accuracy/quality of stormtroopers is extremely inconsistent. In some cases, Imperial Stormtroopers inaccuracy is explained like how they were told to intentionally miss. First Order Stormtroopers, despite being allegedly more well-trained, miss even more often simply due to plot armor despite how cool they are. Stormtroopers are generally not very elite anyways seeing as how they are recruited and trained like modern infantry. Clones and their variants are infinitely more elite. There's also a canon statistic that Imperial Stormtroopers lands 77% of their shots which is a pretty good amount.

One of my favourite things about this crossover that I hear few talk about is Isabellas re-design to fit into Star Wars. I just love it. I mean, Perry is wearing a standard rebel uniform, Candance, Bufford and Baljeet are all wearing Storm Trooper-armor and P&Fare basically Luke & Ben. But Isabella? It's clearly inspired by Han Solo, but still with its own twist. It's a cool blend between Han Solo and Isabellas regular style. And I love how they made her googles stand in for her regular hairbow. It's just a cool design.
I love the Phineas and Ferb songs. The great thing is they don't stick to one genre. It can be 80s synth rock, heavy metal, punk, blues, disco, reggae, country, an acoustic ballad, a sea shanty, a medieval tale, jazz, doo wop, a Broadway show tune, funk, and everything in-between. Well I can guess that Vader wouldn’t pass over murdering his old slave master who abused him as a child. He’s Darth Vader.
In legendsthere comic on Vader killing Watto, but now thaht legend isn't canon anymore...
I think in the book "Tarkin" it is mentioned that Vader visited Tatoine and executed a "random" Toidarian (Watto's species).
@@pottern2296 The mouse doesn't decide what's canon, and what isn't.
Look, let’s be honest, if they didn’t go full on joke with it, and it didn’t break the canon, it would probably be a really good addition to the Star Wars universe
Diego Rodriguez no it wouldn’t
lol no. Don't take a mindless kid's show that has no elements and the basic plot to the story is two prodigious brothers being geniuses at building.

I thought Candace’s arm was an Exclamation point.. XD
Who says it’s not..?
Phineas and Ferb didn't only create one of the best starwars movies.
They made one of the best cartoons.
To me best Cartoon
Man, Phineas and Ferb were (and still are) ahead of their time, somehow they made one episode that's better than most of what Disney's been recently cranking out.
I really like that Isabella and Han scene, if I had the skills, I would edit that into my Episode 4 DVD
Funny thing is, in the 1981 Brian Daley radio adaptation, right after Han is told the Rebels practically can't afford to pay him without squeezing their resources very hard, he takes off furiously into a bathroom and Luke follows him there, trying to talk some sense into him and convince him to give up on the money. And before the medal ceremony, he reveals that Chewie had a pep talk with him and that's how he changed his mind. I wonder if Dan and Swampy were familiar with it when they were writing this special?
@@yarpen26 It's a possibility. Some Star Wars fans know the legacy better than others. At work I saw a bumper sticker that said "Mara Jade is my canon". My friend told me his favorite villain was Thrawn.
The quality of the channel is absurd. Particularly for the amount of content it’s able to put out. A serious gold standard for me, as it ought to be for many creators.
Phineas and Ferb was literally my child-hood, It was such a good show.
Me as a Child: Sees Candace’s neck doesn’t care

As someone to whom Phinease and Ferb was my childhood show I don't see videos on it to often. So much appriciation to you :)
My favorite joke in this is after the Han and Greedo scene, the medics carrying Greedo out are having a conversation. One of them said "I'm pretty sure he shot first, but I could have sworn it was the other guy!"
4:00 I find your lack of sauce disturbing lmfao😂
Im surprised to not see that clip on twitter more
Vader wants the six digits
matt M it’s actually socks, not sauce. For context, the bag was supposed to contain a new pair of socks for Vader, the wild goose chase Candace was sent on throughout the story. However, the officer takes the wrong bag and grabs Buford’s lunch instead.
Socks*** oh my god has no one actually seen this episode???
It’s sad when a children’s television show can make better Star Wars content then an entire big budget trilogy made by Disney

Pretty sure the mandalorian happens after the shattering of the Empire, so it's technically ABY yoda
Baby yoda isnt funny and a lot of people find it ugly and I have friends who were turned off from the show because of people like you who act like the show has nothing other than baby yoda to carry it. Also baby- it is one character there was no need to shorten itq
@@nivenisrael1565 you seem like a lot of fun to be around -_-
Obviously there's more to the show then bby Yoda, with that part being a joke.

Wrong, stormtroopers were told to miss on the Deathstar.
That’s a theory though
@@matthew3925 No, it's not. It's stated twice in the film by both Tarkin and Leia that the stormtroopers let them get away.
That's what leads to the Death Star attack: the homing beacon put on the Millennium Falcon led the Empire to the hidden Rebel base just as planned.
@@LordVader1094 Okay but that doesn't exactly explain all the missed shots in the rest of the trilogy.

I liked all this movie and the series. Great video and this crossover is amazing
Ferb speaks more in this Star Wars special than in the entire Phineas and Ferb series
My favorite plot-line was about the self-destruct "button" of the Death Star was all Doofenshmirtz's creation. It was so true to Phineas and Ferb but made so much sense in the real Star Wars plot that it made me wish that it was cannon. It is so well written. One of my favorite episodes of a cartoon ever!
This episode is so good, I recently got back into the show and even though this episode is like more than an hour long, I rewatch it all the time.
I just literally finished watching this episode right as this vid was posted
This show is seriously amazing though! It's been a classic for me since I was a kid :) Such fun songs!
It's a testament to the Phineas and Ferb crew that they can make the ultimate self-insert fanfic, and make it work.
Let's be honest though. The "We Love Tatooine" Song was FIRE!!
Helps the voice actors are great singers.
