▷Basic S'more Cookie Ingredients (Lutos)
- 160g all-purpose flour
- 100g unsalted butter
- 50g muscovado sugar
- 40g white sugar
- 40g eggs
- 60g roasted walnuts
- 2g of baking powder
- 1g of baking soda
- 1 g of salt
- 6 Lutos bespokes (for decoration)
* Choose 2g of vanilla extract
▷Choco S'mores Cookie Ingredients (Oreo)
- All-purpose flour 135g
- 25g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 100g unsalted butter
- 50g muscovado sugar
- 40g white sugar
- 40g eggs
- 60g macadamia nuts
- 2g of baking powder
- 1g of baking soda
- 1 g of salt
- 6 Oreos (for decoration)
* Choose 2g of vanilla extract
▷TIP
- If you store marshmallows in the freezer until use, they are hard when you coat them with cookie dough, so it's convenient.
- Leave the butter and eggs at room temperature for about an hour before using them.
- You can use brown sugar instead of muscovado sugar.
- The marshmallows I used are 'Rocky Mountain Marshmallows'.
