POP3 vs IMAP
POP3 downloads the email from a server to a single computer, then deletes the email from the server.
On the other hand, IMAP stores the message on a server and synchronizes the message across multiple devices.

Thank you . Today I got my SLTNET & Gmail Accounts configured to OutLook Mail and thanks again for the useful information. However I have three main folders in the first column. 1 OutLook Data File folders, 2. SLT Mail inBox and sub folders 3. Gmail inBox and sub folders. What do we do with the OutLook Data File Folders ?

@@aluthslcom it is not a problem but when I open the outlook on the left side first you get the outlook data file folders and below that SLTNET mail , GMail. I can receive and send mails from SLTNET & Gmail. but what can I do with the OutLook Data File Folders ?

ගොඩක් company එයාලගේ emails බලන්න outlook තමා පාවිචි කරන්නේ. එහෙම නැති company ත් තියෙනවා. Outlook එකට ඕනෙම email එකක් add කරන්න පුළුවන් ඔයාගේ office එකේ mail එක personal mail එක outlook එකට add කරලා emails බලන්න යවන්න පුළුවන්...
