If u go to where u can track or untrack your quests your on tells u how many quests or points u need to get before u finish the tier of quests

The second trader is now in the burnt forest. Each trader is now specific to a specific biome so Rekt in the forest, Jen in the burnt forest, etc.. not sure which trader is in the other biomes, I'm sure it's in a patch note somewhere.
I'm sure Hugh is in the snow biome. I would guess Joel is desert, and Bob would be wasteland. That's just my guesses though
