Time Tunnel version 2

This is a revision of my recent Time Tunnel effect. The most obbvious change comes in the form of a Tardis which I constructed in HitFilm and animated flying through the tunnel. Obviously this would be better handled by rendering a proper 3D model, and then importing the render into HitFilm, but as a test of how the effect would work with a tardis added, this works decently.
I also added a few more rings, and adujsted their motion and color.
