There are no coupons for healty foods -- fruits and vegetables, beans and lentils. Coupons only exist for unhealthy processed foods.

If you don’t have a Costco membership, give a member to buy you a Costco cash card, that way you can shop instore and at the food court without a membership! Also the store will let you exceed the card amount, so if your cash card is $25, the store will let your purchase go over that, I’m not sure if there is a limit to how much you can go over.

Really! Coupons don't work anymore, it use to be 75c to 100. now you have to buy a sec. item😮

The only way to save on groceries is to shop at Aldi.
Less meat now. Alternative protein. Less bread. Dieting a must. Zero dessert.
Nope. Real meat. No hormones. Grass fed. Organic.
Junk food cheaper somewhat but some products are way too much it keeps going up,absurd. Taking advantage of us!

I'm a Democrat apparently I know how to save been doing this for years
so if we want to motivate the manufacturers or the producers, we need to stop buying and they will lower the prices, But until then, you’re gonna eat the bullet
