This dish takes me back to my university flating days Jack. It was a staple meal that had lots and lots of variations depending on what was in the cupboard! Your version looks absolutely fantastic. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing chef leaned lots of tips love the no waste all chefs seem to leave a lot of ingredients on the board and don’t scrape the bowel keep up the good work lol can cook most things still can’t cook rice

When I do chilli or bolognaise I bang a portion in the freezer so I can have it with a jacket potato for lunch at a later date. Have to admit I buy a brand of jacket I can nuke in the microwave for 5 minutes these days 🙈😂👍
