She-Hulk: Attorney At Law hits all the right notes as a sitcom while still nailing the beats you’d expect out of an entry to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Though the first episode is all the necessary, run-of-the-mill origin story you’d expect, none of it is presented in a way that could be considered boring. And yes, the effects look better than the first trailer you saw.

Oh for goodness sake, the CGI was criticised because it looked terrible, not because it was a female character.
IGN succeeded in making a review sound like a lecture.
They said the CGI was bad in Moon Knight too. And he's not a woman...
Why does this reviewer sound like someone who would try and get me cancelled on twitter
To decode the IGN review policy, simply invert the score
Don't the writers realise they make wmn look incredibly insecure when they constantly have to put mn down in order to raise themselves up??
“Don’t talk about women’s looks.” Immediately comments on her looks in a way only a woman would understand.
This review was so unprofessional it hurts. Glad you liked the show, but the review could have used considerably less blame throwing, and sexism.
But...the CGI was bad. It's lame to use politics as an excuse for something not being up to standard.
Big fan of the way it looks but that critique on the CGI hate being founded on sexism isn't remotely founded it just literally looked bad lmao
Seems less like a review and more like a persuasion.
You guys gave the last fast and furious movie an 8. Just for everyone to know.
What if a large group of women said they didn't like the cgi? Would that criticism still be rooted in sexism? Tired of reviewers and directors cherry picking comments from weirdos and attacking the fan base.
Gotta love how VFX artists have been openly complaining about Marvel’s horrible working conditions and unfair turnaround times - resulting in rushed, unfinished effects, but when fans start complaining about it (which would hopefully result in Disney FIXING their horrible working conditions) reviewers defend Disney by saying the fans are just sexist and immature…
The comments on the CGI has nothing to do with her gender. They CGI just simply looks bad.
Can we just have a strong and unique female lead without taking a steaming woke dump on all men please? Great show that required me to ignore the incredibly cringey aspects.
"Everyone else is criticizing her because she's a woman...but not me!"
Of course IGN would blame the negative comments on She-Hulk cgi( which was objectively bad) on "toxic masculinity". Current mainstream media and "journalists" are a joke...
how did we go from "terrifying incredible hulk we grew up with" to "a comedy gold!"
Can we please have 2008 hulk back he was a literal monster
