- She-Hulk: Attorney At Law is streaming on Disney+. Review by Amelia Emberwing.
It’s hard to bring something truly fresh to the table over a decade into a franchise, but She-Hulk: Attorney At Law does that by playing in the sitcom sandbox, introducing female sexuality into the MCU, and bringing major new players into the franchise. And, yeah, the Daredevil walk of shame wasn’t bad either.

Besides, Loki, it's unironically the better show on the service, if not better than Loki since it does not drag around the middle.

@@marcoolivier4836 It's crazy how people can like a show but entirely miss the story it's actually telling. Jen only slept with the first two dudes because she was seeking validation. First as She-Hulk, who could get the stud that Jen could never get, then as Jen who was accepted for herself, not for being big and green. Matt was the only man she formed a real connection with.

Ok this show is definitely not a 8. It’s a 4 at best, that ending was just awful.
It’s interesting how industries like IGN are almost never in alignment with the consumers of their product… this show was a 3/10 and everyone knows this but they gave it an 8/10 and called it a “massive success”… why do we do this to ourselves?

This show was brilliant. One of Marvels best. A comedy which didn’t even make me laugh once, a pure masterpiece. She Hulk was the real villain. What a brilliant twist she even tried to kill daredevil by throwing a car at him. If it hit him he would of died instantly.

Incredible, this review truly does an excellent job of addressing what makes a story worth telling! All it takes is zany humor, addressing female sexuality, presenting a “fun” / “relatable” protagonist and a bit of putting men in their place, and viola! A great bit of Marvel content! Never mind considering character continuity, plot structure and story coherence, as well as general pacing and other such boring things! That’s not worth thinking about! IGN gets it!

Even when you put aside the rampant man hating, the plot makes no sense, Jen spends most of her time resenting having powers until they can get her laid, everyone else is a poorly represented caricatures or a joke, they can’t do Corte room cases, there jokes fall flat 9 out of 10 times, and Jen comes off as both entitled and unlikable. It’s stuffed full of filler episodes and the is more concerned with burning straw men that expanding the marvel Universe.
