I’d say 900p fsr 2 and capped at 40fps at 30 watts is the best experience for plugged into tv, and for handheld id go 720p fsr 2 capped at 50 at 25w-30w plugged in. I just wouldn’t play heavy games like this unplugged at any setting unless you don’t care about bad battery and stutters

720p on steam deck low settings ultra performance i had stable 52/60fps here almost same at 720p

Set to auto vram, complie shaders then set back to 6gb vram. Stutters will go !

I am actually quite dissapointed. I am able to play this on the original Steamdeck 720p, Low settings, FSR set to Balanced at stable 30 FPS -> at 10 W.
On ROG, I am not able to get the stable performance even on 15 W.
