frametime on the first 3 games seems kinda rough, might be better to cap it to 45fps or something, i remember playing csgo and anything above 10ms frame time felt delayed even with 200+fps but capping the frames helped it

Have this on console and didn't know until recently that it was being delisted, picked it up on steam for like £16 for the ultimate ed and glad it runs like this on steam deck.

I Remember when some years ago when 1440p was being introduced in standard gaming (and the new rtx 2000 series came out), everybody was saying how dumb it was to play games on ultra graphics. Years later, here i am saying the same. I see barley any difference from High to Ultra (cyberpunk graphics are incredibly good) and without dlss/fg the game was absolutely playbale (90-100 fps). I think that if people didn't want to play ultra grapichs only, and games werent getting heavier and bigger every year, no one would need to upgrade his gpu every 1-2 years. To be honest, i'm not interested in ultra graphics at all. Medium-high is more than enough. Especially for a 1080p gamer like me

If you're running a Steam Deck review channel you should have the latest Steam deck.. the OLED's performance is so much better than the LCD so i can't get a good answer to get it or not from an older gen Steam Deck.

im glad i looked at this before i brought it, im not playing it when it dips below 60fps with frame generation on!!! that's just ridiculous. The game will need to have a massive optimisation update but they wont because its ubisoft and they don't care

For BO3 just use T7 patch or BOIII client. it solves the hacking and stutters in menus.

The problem with Bo1 for me like other PC systems I've been on is getting controllers to work even with Steam settings configured, game just refuses to work with it even the Steamdeck. Just Bo1 and not any other game, it's weird.

WTF? I have serious problems with this games fps. I have rtx3080, ryzen 9 5900x and 32Gb ddr4 ram. No matter 1080p or 1440p fps is around 40-60fps.

Based on leaked Nvidia and shipping data, the Switch 2 in handheld is looking like it will be around equal to the Steam Deck. This video shows pretty much _exactly_ how Call of Duty will play on Nintendo's next console... and that's just in handheld mode! Docked mode will look even nicer!

Maybe it's a hot take, but I actually prefer the look of PS2 and PS3-era games, especially on PC. When you increase the resolution, these games tend to look really nice. I don't know what it is, but the art style and general design of these games stand out to me compared to most new games. Even if they are technically outmatched by newer games, that doesn't matter to me. I still think these older games look better. However, they are best played on PC with a higher resolution because playing them on PS2 or PS3 with lower resolutions and lower FPS makes them look bad. But at 60 FPS and resolutions of 1080p, 1440p, and especially 4K, these old games look really nice in my opinion.
