Wow at the 8:00 mark. I haven't seen that since Bloodborne. So these games have a setting where background animation run half the fps to ease load. Thing is, this never triggers when enemies are that close to you. I'm guessing the cpu bottleneck is triggering it. This happens in Bloodborne too.

there is app called lossless scaling its really great i lock the fps to 30 and frame gen it to 60 fps and the input lag is kinda console ish
