whats your budget?
if you're on a tight budget i would go amd
a used 6600 XT or 6700 XT
6600 xt is a faster 3060 and 6700 xt is basically a 3060 ti
if you wanna go nvidia then get a 3060 12gb or 3060 ti and avoid the 3050
avoid the 4060 and all those cards since they are legit reskins of the 30 series (4060 = 3060 Ti)
if you're not in a hurry you can always wait till the end of the year, since thats when the new GPUs are getting announced and a bunch of people gonna be selling their old cards to upgrade (so better deals) and shops will want to get rid of the old stock so deeper discounts on new stuff as well

I have a 3080 and a Ryzen 7 5700x3d but only getting 90-115 at a stretch on most low settings + DLSS any idea why?

Im playing on 2k i get 120 fps or 130 on low settings, i get the same fps on extreme settings but the framedrops are insane. Dont know why. On full hd its 165fps

With 5800x rtx3070 its not cpu based game. I get the same fps with overclock 3.6ghz to 5 ghz doesnt change a fking thing, but the videocard goes on 100% so it just dont matter to me. Glhf yall

@@junglekid10 i had this problem, so the game is not optimized well sadly, the things you could do if u have a good psu that overclock the videocard if possible, my cpu is 5800x i did everything, drivers, bus, overclock to 5ghz, lowering settings, i have a gigabit internet, still having stutters. only thing that helped me is to take it to very low or low, there are many videos that could help, if u have a 2560 monitor it wont change a thing on 1920 if u have a 1920 monitor that will change idk why, i have a 165hz full hd monitor 24 inch and 180fps. but im selling it cuz i have a 2560 with 144hz i suggest u check some videos about it.
